Beautiful apartment, just a few steps away from Plaza Espanya and Fira Montjuic. Surrounded by restaurants/cafes, supermarkets and even a shopping center! Easy access to any part of the city with metro, train or bus.THE SPACE:This 85 m2 modern apartment is located a few steps from the beautiful Plaza Espanya. Great location near Montjuic! Feel the essence of the heart of Barcelona, the architecture, culture and gastronomy. The apartment is quiet, bright, modern and fully furnished. It has all the amenities you might need for a comfortable stay.BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS:The apartment has a capacity for up to 5 people distributed in 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: 1 Double bed with AC
Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC
Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds (convertible into double bed) with AC
*Please let me know before your arrival if you need a special bed distribution, as sometimes the beds are already converted into double bed*
1 Sofa bed (double) in the living room
All rooms are equipped with AC and central heating for winter. All the bedrooms have storage space.
1 Full Bathroom with WC, bidet and showerFACILITIES:Fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer and dishwasher
TV and high speed Wi-fi

Baby travel cot and high chair available under request.
Linens and towels will be provided. We recommend you bring your own toiletries.THE NEIGHBORHOOD:Plaza Espanya is one of the most important squares in the city where you can find many attractions such as Magic Fountain of Montjuic, the National Museum of Catalonia as a beautiful backdrop and FIRA Montjuic, also famous for hosting the most important events. In the area you will find a shopping center that used to be a bullring. It was completely rebuilt and now houses shops, restaurants, cinemas and an incredible terrace with 360º views of the city.

Amazing apartment. It's perfectly equipped with all the necessities which makes it feel like home. Very modern, stylish, clean, cozy feel with a big sofa and comfortable beds, bright with sunlight flowing in, very spacious, secure entrance and a lift. Great location with cafe's/newsagents/restaurants were literally outside and good public transport- bus/metro round the corner which helps for the long trips for example one bus (a1/2) to the airport which took less than 20min and comes every few min. Walking distance to most sites we visited eg Las ramblas/ camp nou etc, and arenas Barcelona shopping centre / font & castle montjuic was literally round the corner. H2O recommended a place for us to leave our luggage as our flights were at night. Would highly recommend this place, made a great holiday. Thank you guys.

Thank you for a warm and welcoming home from home. We loved the space and the decor. We enjoyed the village feel to the place - the children and older residents, the dogs, the friendly faces in the apartment building. There was some noise from the bar downstairs when they were clearing up later at night but that is to be expected and the building was lovely and quiet to sleep in. We visit Barcelona often and hope to stay here again.
