Top-notch location situated in the heart of Barcelona city center is a duplex apartment with a surface of approximately 85 m². It is located on the ground floor of a building with an elevator . There is also a private parking which is possible to rent for 30 euros per day. The closest Metro station is Lesseps ( L-3).
Top-notch location situated in the heart of Barcelona city center is an elegant and comfortable apartment divided into two levels which make the entire flat look even more dynamic and elegant. One large living/dining room and a fully equipped kitchen are found on the first level. On the second level you can relax. It has three comfortable double bedrooms, one of which is a suite with a private bathroom, closet and a balcony. The other two bedrooms have two beds each one and there is another bathroom with a bath.

-: The Property Manager will send you a 30% link to make the first payment (We do not accept American Express Card).
-: The remaining 70% must be paid by bank transfer must be received atleast 3 days before check-in or in cash at the time of check-in.
-: A security deposit will be collected by credit/debit card upon check-in at our office or by Online Link. We will process the refund of the deposit within 14 business days.
-: Travel cot/Travel cot:
Price: 20.00 EUR / Day / Item. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it.
-: Arrival after hours:
-: Our check-in time is from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday at our office "Carrer de Hercegovina, 1 LOCAL 08021 Barcelona". Outside these hours we will charge €50 in cash as late check-in
-: The Tourist Tax in Barcelona will be applied.
-: Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
-: Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbours intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €400 (in addition to the police fine).

THANK YOU FOR ALLOWING US TO ENJOY YOUR WONDERFUL APARTMENT AND YOUR BEAUTIFUL CITY. WE FOUND THE LOCATION TO BE TOO FAR AWAY FROM THE DOWNTOWN AREA. EVERY TIME WE HAD A DESTINATION, WE HAD TO TAKE A TAXI. WE DID FEEL VERY SAFE AS WE WALKED THE NEIGHBORHOOD AND ENJOY SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS NEARBY. THERE ARE MANY DIFFERENT CUISINES TO CHOOSE FROM WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE.CHECK IN STAFF MEMBERS WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. THEY WERE READY FOR US, SO CHECK IN WENT QUICKLY.ENTERING THE DOOR TO THE APARTMENT TOOK MY BREATH AWAY. BIG WINDOWS OPENING TO A 2ND FLOOR PORCH AND TASTEFUL DECORATIONS MADE US FEEL AT HOME. KITCHEN WAS FULLY STOCKED AND CLEAN. THE FACILITY IS SHOWING ITS AGE AND COULD USE SOME TENDER LOVING CARE. WE WERE VERY COMFORTABLE WITH LOTS OF SPACE. THE STREET NOISE AT NIGHT TENDED TO BE A LITTLE LOUD FOR US AS WE ARE NOT USE TO IT. OVERALL, WE RECEIVED A GREAT VALUE AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO OTHER TRAVELERS.
