This magnificent apartment in Barcelona has 2 bedrooms and has capacity for 6 people. The apartment is 60 m². The flat has 2 double beds and a doble sofa bed.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, iron, internet (Wi-Fi), hair dryer, balcony, alarm, heat pump, air-conditioned, 1 Tv. In the vitroceramic open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.
The property is super well located and in your door step you will find lots of transports, groceries bars and restaurants.
5 minuts away by bus (or 10 walking) you have plaça españa & monjuic. You are super close to the Airport, and with the Aerobus, there is a direct line as well, 14 km from Aeropuerto el Prat airport, 103 km from PortAventura World amusement park / theme park. The house is situated in in the center of the city.
Note that the AC is located in just the living room

Price: EUR 30.00 per reservation. Guests must bring sheets. It is not guaranteed, guests must request it 24-48 hours in advance and if available we will provide it
-Arrival after hours:
Our check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., Monday to Friday (please consult us if you wish to check in earlier). Outside these hours, we will charge €30 in cash; after 10 p.m., the charge will be €50 and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is a local or national holiday or a weekend, the cost will be €30 until 10 p.m., €50 after 10 p.m. and after midnight will be 80euros.
- If the day of arrival is 25/12, 26/12 or 01/01, the charges will be as follows: €50 until 10 p.m., €100 after 10 p.m.
- The Tourist Tax in force in Barcelona in 2026 will be applied. (€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 15 € will apply.
- Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros.
- Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine).
