It created special moments for us :)

The apartment was really amazing and very cozy with a beautiful balcony. It was fully equipped. Even, it had an oven so we cooked a nice meal with that. The apartment was spacious, and the area was really calm and quiet. Two big shops (Rewe and Aldi) were very close, so you can buy everything you need. Also, there is an Italian restaurant on the ground floor. Additionally, the bathroom was spacious and featured both a shower and a bathtub. The apartment was a 10-minute walk from Tram Line 1, which runs directly to the city center. Overall, highly recommended!

Nothing serious, just minor things like: the towel dryer wasn't working very well, and we couldn't get it to heat up. Also, there were no slippers in the apartment. However, the landlord shared their number with us so we could reach out at any time.

The apartment was spacious. Much better than I was expecting. It's a nice area and taking public transport you are downtown in no time. Location was perfect.

The rug was full of dog hairs. We would find the hairs everywhere so cleaning was not up to standard. The shower could also use a deep cleaning. The mattress should be replaced because of a big dent that rolls you to the middle of the bed. Parking was paid (extra in cash) while I was under the impression parking was included based on the description.

A place that feels like home in Koln :)

Super nice flat ! We didn’t expect it to bed such a big flat, we definitely felt like home during our stay :) Bathroom was big, clean, and with a bath and shower separated. Super clean, good location, easy parking in front of the building (but with an extra cost), good communication with the woman at the front office as well.

The double bed is in fact 2 single beds next to each other. They got separated quite easily when we slept, which was a bit annoying.

lovely bright spacious airy apartment with lovely Italian restaurant in the same block so no need to hunt out somewhere to eat after a long day travelling - across the road a lovely bakery for breakfast

Fantastic place to stay.

Is was a fantastic huge apartment with a balcony. It was very well appointed and parking was available at a price. Location was fine. Train station and trams were very near. Extremely helpful staff.

I would definitely recommend this place, and would come back again.

The staff was helpful and quick to resolve issues that are not serious enough to complain about.

The internet kept dropping out and the router needed to be restarted several times a day. The router is in an apartment on a different floor and access was not quick. Sometimes it took several hours to be resolved. There is an easy fix if an internet connection can be added to the apartment we were in.

Great apartments with full facilities, Super comfortable,Quiet, 5 min walk to tram into center of Cologne or just under an hour stroll, shops and restaurants nearby, stayed 4 nights would have been fine for a much longer stay, 6 stars 👍🇩🇪

I understood where we could get the key, but I guess some people would not find the way. Easy solution, make a picture of the office, picture of the safe and a lay out to show where it is. This would be effort for one time only.

Nice flat but not for a business trip. Make sure you arrive during the check-in time !

Modern and spacious flat. Bed was pretty comfortable. A hostess helped me through the phone because I arrived in the night (after the check-in time) and was very kind.

Taking the keys from a safe box was extremely complicated as I arrived after the check-in time. It was necessary to have more information about the safe box and how to get access to the right building as there are many buildings!

Super ruhig, selbst mit offenem Fenster. Nur 20 Minuten fußläufig zum Stadion, aber auch schnell an der S-Bahn Station für in die Stadt. Bequemes Bett und gut ausgestattete Küche (Salz, Zucker, Kaffeepads..)

War okay aber nicht nochmal

Die Lage und die Wohnung waren gut, leider hatten wir einen Flohbefall im Bett und mussten frühzeitig abreisen. Auch das Geschirr wurde uns dreckig hinterlassen. Dafür war die Unterkunft zu teuer.

Etwas mehr Sauberkeit hätte uns gut gefallen und vor allem ein perfekt gespültes Geschirr.
