Guest's Apartament

Roland (the host) saved us. We booked other booking which turned out was out of order so we found this apartment as a backup on the spot and in matter of minutes Roland picked up phone and we discussed everything and we were checked-in in 30 minutes from booking this as a backup. Apartment is modern fully equipped with everything. Nice bathroom, nice kitchen, bed, living space and small balcony. Everything was clean and nicely organized. We also used washing machine and drying rack. Modern apartment building with keycard reader on door. AC was quiet and very effective.

Whole room is like hotel room. So keycard needs to be in holder for the electricity to be functional (except fridge and lights they remain on). It was little bit frustrating when we wanted to go out and let the washing machine run. But the "always on plug" is accessible. Big downside for light sleepers were the metal main door without noise insulation. So people in hall could be heard when going, leaving or smacking doors. And last downside was that this room is next to mechanical room of elevator. So every time somebody used elevator you could hear motor winding steel rope and safety latch clicking every time it stopped. Annoying but passable.

Nothing everything was amazing

We loved everything and really enjoyed the place. Very close to the lake and many stores nearby. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful, and the apartment was very clean and gorgeous. We spent Christmas and New Years here :) would come back many times with great pleasure.

No issues. Winters get colder, but the AC and heating unit were helpful.

The apartament was really cozy, warm and clean.
