Loved it, beautiful apartment

We loved everything and really enjoyed the place. Very close to the lake and many stores nearby. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful, and the apartment was very clean and gorgeous. We spent Christmas and New Years here :) would come back many times with great pleasure.

No issues. Winters get colder, but the AC and heating unit were helpful.

Super clean and spacious apartment with a beautiful view! The host was very friendly and helpful. We were a few minutes walk from the beach and all the restaurants. Great place!

Wonderful place to stay in a wonderful town!

We loved everything about our experience at Roland\s Guest's Apartment! The room was clean and very comfortable, including the bed. We enjoyed having a kitchen, which even had oil, salt, sugar, etc. in it, to make it user friendly, and a washing machine with a clothes line and clothes pins. Roland is a great communicator and very helpful, he even picked us up and dropped us off at the bus station since we did not have a car. We were sorry to leave!

If you have accessibility issues, this would be a rough place for you to stay, because there is an elevator, but it only starts one floor up from the ground level, and ends on the 6th floor (the apartment is on the 7th.)

Highly recommend

We stayed three nights in the family suite and it was absolutely stunning . Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed and two balconies ! An easy walk to the Lake which is the perfect place for swimming and enjoying the relaxed atmosphere.

Beautiful well equipped apartment in a convenient location.

Modern, stylish, spotlessly clean, bright studio apartment, with a wide view of town, and mountains in the background; Lake Ohrid just visible to the left. Very well equipped kitchen area with fridge freezer, hob, oven, coffee maker, kettle - if we'd been able to stay longer there was everything we needed to cook a meal! Small dining area. Air conditioned. Balcony with table and tall stools. Washing machine. TV. Lovely bright bathroom with shower cubicle with curtain- not the 'wet room' style we encountered in some places where the whole room is soaked when you shower! Ouiet, and at eye level with swifts/swallows(6th floor)! Good location with short walks to town and beach. Felt secure with good strong door. We booked at very short notice and with the help of our taxi driver, we were able to meet the host at the apartment within minutes. He was friendly and informative and spoke English. There were clear instructions in the apartment of how to contact him. We would return! Faleminderit!

We could not work the TV! There were 3 remote controls but we couldn't find anything other than a current music channel.

10 minutes walk & you have your feet in Lake Ohrid, passing every Bread shop, tyre fitter, shops, markets, money exchange, you name it, on the way.

Exceptional place!

Roland is very nice. We came by bus and it kept being delayed. He was patient and was right at the door for easy checking he stayed available throughout our stay We could have eaten on the floor as it was so clean! We like to cook while on holiday and this place was perfect.

The apartment was very clean, well fitted and in great location close to the lake and shops and restaurants, Check in was easy, Ronald met us at agreed time to let us in and give advice on the locality. Easy parking opppsite the apartment. Very good value and highly recommended.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants and the lake promenade. The apartment was spotlessly clean and Roland is a welcoming and gracious host. Awesome view of the town and mountains from our apartment. Apartment had everything we needed to prepare meals and feel comfortable.

Apartment is very nice and spacious. The owner is extremely polite and does his best to make your stay be amazing with good tips and suggestions. It is within short walking distance from the lake Ohrid with good restaurants just 5min away. Recommendations!

The apartment was lovely. Exceptionally clean and well equipped kitchen if you fancied some home cooking. Roland responded to questions quickly and was punctual.

The only thing I didn't like was the traffic noise, which was noticeable even at night.

Best stay in Pgradec

Roland, the host was an amazing guy, allways ready to help for every our need.He helped us with our baggage and recommended some good restaurants nearby.The apartment was super cleand and cozzy.The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and drinking.There were even two glasses of beer in the fridge😆.The coffee provided by tge host was excelent.From our balcony we had a great view of the city and the lake.The bathroom had all the facilities and was extra clean.The beds the sheets and pillows were all new and comfortable.I could have added some photos to my review but trust me they will be same as the ones shown here in booking so no need to add them.Higly recommend.

Comfortable bed. Everything is very clean. The location is only 5 minutes away from the lake with many restaurants. Roland the manager is excellent host.

Just perfect

The apartment is much nicer in real than the pictures show you. Host is a super friendly man, all perfect. We had some bad luck with a very noise neighbour later at night, but I think that was just bad luck and not a general issue. We were with 5, (3 kids) but would recommend it for family of 4 (2 kids) max. (for a longer stay maybe 3)

We just used it for a one night stop during travelling, and did not really like the city. Probably better in summer, I think all is based on nice weather summer swim activities.
