Clean and comfortable. A great value!

The rental was very clean and comfortable. Parking was provided as described. Beach and restaurants are within easy walking distance. The staff was extremely helpful and answered our questions. Great value!

Hidden cleaning fee and noisy, but clean

When we arrived, Lola was waiting and gave us a fine instruction for the spacy Appartement ... although she couldn't speak English.... which was difficult to solve the "hidden cleaning tax" problem.

Noisy place at a main street. There is a HIDDEN CLEANING FEE of 10 Euro. Then I booked the room I got the following pop-up : "Gratulation, you booked a room for 18 Euro !" Arriving at the place , the Lady wanted 28 Euro , which was really unexpected for us . Let's say I am a level 3 guest .. and have seen a lot of places before but never ever a hidden cleaning tax ... which I only found out later ... after some kind of discussion ... (Lola made some cleaning movement) ... written in very small text under the big red price. Communication with the owner didn't help too much ... as he repeatly wrote ... it's not my problem... talk to booking.com. No ... it's a very unusual and tricky fee indeed ... please indicate the full and honest price in future ... to let hosts enjoy your clean and central room even more, thx.

La vue de la terrasse est exceptionnelle et notre hôte aux petits soins pour que mes filles et moi ne manquions de rien : chaussures pour la baignade, transats...
