Definitely stay here if you visit Pogradec

Great communication from the owner, before and during our stay. He was also happy to give us recommendations on places to eat, for example. The apartment was centrally located but in a quiet street. It was immaculately clean and well equipped with everything we could possibly have needed (grater, anyone?). We loved staying here and it would be great if the owner could buy loads more apartments around the world for us to stay in.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike, although leaving was hard!

A pleasant stay at Appartamento centro

We went at the "Appartamento centro" as a family, 5 persons (including my 1½ years old daughter), on 17-18 June 2023 (one night). The owner of the Appartamento centro, Julian, was very kind and friendly. I called him on whatsapp when we arrived near this appartment and after 2 minutes he arrived to pick us up. He was very helpful to answer my questions about places to visit in Pogradec. When we were inside the property, on the table, Julian had put a big bunch of bananas and a big plate full of apricots for us, for free. The appartment had 2 bedrooms and a living room (with a fridge, oven, and all the useful utensils to cook something), 2 balconies, a private bathroom (with shower and a bidet). This property can easily accomodate up to 5 persons (2 single beds, 1 king bed, and a big sofa in the kitchen). This appartment was very clean, pleasant, and very well furnished, it had all the equipment needed for a pleasant stay, free wifi, very near to the lake. I highly recommend this appartment for all the people who want to have a nice holiday in Pogradec.

It was hard to park my car, but the owner Julian found a parking spot for us at 10 pm at night. He is the most awesome host I have ever met

Clean apartment with everything you need

It was the best apartment I stayed in over my 2 weeks long trip around Albania, the host is exceptional friendly and helps you with everything you need, he is not only a host he is a real friend. The apartment is very clean and furnished with everything you need, the best is the wooden stove in the living room. The location right in the centre and only a few metres from the lake makes it particularly attractive.

This spacious and clean ,cosy apartament is just 5 min walk from the lake and it is situated in the center of the city. A quiet place .Everything you need is close at hand , the supermarket, bank .... there is free parking, WIFI . The owner is friendly and very helpful.The most important is the valuable price of it. Looking forward to be back there next year.

Great host, great place. We were travelling with car with bicycles attached, the host made every effort to find us parking and get our bicycles stored on the balconies. The apartment was super clean, in short walking distance from the lake. It had everything we needed. Great price too.

Perfect location. 5 minutes from the buses and the lake, right next to everything, but in a quiet street. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and super clean. The shower with hot water and good pressure. The wifi works perfectly. Julian is very kind, gave us information of everything we needed and gave us a warm welcome. He was always willing to answer our questions and make our stay as pleasant as possible. We would have stayed longer. We recommend this apartment 100%. We hope we can come back soon.

Apartamenti ndodhet ne nje lokacion shume te pershtatshem per te vizituar Pogradecin dhe Juliani ishte super i gatshem per te plotesuar cdo nevoje tonen por edhe me shume. Hapesire e bollshme per nje familje prej 4 personash dhe me kushte te favorshme per nje qendrim te rehatshem. Do te rikthehemi perseri me kenaqesi.

Asnje eksperienc negative por vetem 2 sygjerime te vogla: soba e drurit nxjer pak tym por lehtesisht e zgjidhshme duke mbajtur 2 minuta hapur deren e ballkonit. Shapkat dhe peshqiret duhet te jene mjaftueshem per kapacitetin e Apartamentit. Gjithsesi vogelsira qe zgjidhen shume kollaj 🙂

Appartamento molto carino e con tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno. E' esattamente come nelle foto. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Due camere da letto e un soggiorno con divani letto, tutti molto comodi. Cucina attrezzata, compresa la moka per fare il caffè all'italiana. Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile. Ottima posizione a due passi dal lungolago, ci sono tanti ristoranti per tutte le tasche. Pogradec è una città molto bella e meritava sicuramente qualche altro giorno. Julian ci ha accolto a braccia aperte ed è stato super disponibile, abbiamo fatto una bella chiacchierata, parla benissimo italiano (è un insegnante di italiano). Se torneremo a Pogradec dormiremo sicuramente di nuovo nel suo appartamento.
