Las instalaciones cuentan con varios apartamentos renovados recientemente, decorados con gusto e impolutos. Nosotros estuvimos alojados en un pequeño estudio funcional y coqueto. Tiene la ventaja de contar con aparcamiento privado, zona exterior de recreo y un anfitrión muy atento, amable y servicial. Hay todo tipo de servicios en los alrededores, incluido restaurantes, tiendas, supermercado, etc. Se puede llegar a todas partes andando sin mover el coche (casco antiguo, zona de playa, área comercial, castillo, etc.).
Somos 3 personas. Mi hijo de 13 años y yo dormimos en una amplia cama de matrimonio. La tercera persona, mi hijo de 17 años, durmió la primera noche en una cama auxiliar muy incómoda. La segunda noche optó por usar el sofá, que tampoco resultó especialmente cómodo.
