Good value apt in older building near lake

Jessica was very helpful and gracious when we arrived. The apartment is well located near the lake and nearby shops. It has a kitchenette that is handy for a couple days stay but not well equipped. It’s a good value for the area.

It’s in an older building facing the inner courtyard and we had some issues with noisy kids since sound echoes. There were a few cleanliness issues but nothing too troubling.

Very friendly hosts, we were very warm welcomed. The apartment is on the second floor of seven-eight total. It is very spacious, very well-equipped and decorated and impeccably clean. The layout of the apartment was a little unusual. It is very close to the promenade and the beach, less than minute walk in the straight line. All restaurants and bars are on walking distance, no need to use the car.

Little hard to find it, almost impossible without navigation by the host. The view from the apartment was on the buildings across.

Location was really good. Peaceful apartment building, spacious apartment. Comfy bed. Really helpful owner whose father came to guide us with parking etc upon arrival.

The place was hard to find at first. Although the apartment was nice it’s somewhat outdated and especially the bathroom could do with a more thorough cleaning.

Great location and hostess very helpful

Great location near lake and restaurants. Dog friendly and free parking very close by. Jessica the owner gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant which was a couple of minutes walk and superb. She also suggested places to visit nearby a shame we didn’t have more time so need to return.

The apartment was comfortable, clean and near the center of the city. The position was really great, near the lake and a lot of nice restaurants and bars near home. High recommend for everyone who wants to go in Pogradec and enjoy the time there
