good value for money choice

Our stay at Delfina’s house was very pleasant. The house was traditional and made us feel as if we were being hosted in someone’s home. They also have an amazing dog that we absolutely loved. The house was very clean and in a perfect location for walking around the city.

he only thing we didn’t like was that the internet connection was not very good. t probably needs some upgrading.

Ok for a short stay but not sure for a long stay

Dafina is a lovely host. The apartment is very traditional and quirky but homely. I had a small dog with me and he got on well with Dori except when food was available!! Very close to main boulevard and not too far from old bazaar .

A bit more facilities for self catering. There is no cooking facility or utensils. The TV is not good

Authentic Albanian stay in a great location with a lovely host.

Authentic Albanian stay down to the hand made curtains, in-wall cupboards and vine-covered courtyard. Great location. Clean and comfortable. Daffina was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again. Dory the dog was an added bonus!

A lot for very little money.

We did stay one night end May 2025. Gps: 40.61270, 20.78263 We had the upper floor to ourselves with a bedroom, living room, dining room, and toilet/shower. The house had an authentic feel. The dog Dora, small but enthusiastic, loved attention. This made it a bit difficult when we had to lug our suitcases up and down the stairs. The location of the guesthouse was excellent, 700 meters from the cathedral and double that to the bazaar. Parking was free with plenty of space on the street. The breakfast was excellent, including pancakes and fruit.

We arrived a little before the agreed time. There was no sign with "Green House." It was difficult to get in touch. Messages via Booking.com went unanswered, and we also couldn't reach anyone by phone. Only after half an hour, well past the agreed check-in time, did a curtain move aside, and we were let in. The hostess did not speak English. The next morning, there was some confusion. The hostess did not know that we had also ordered breakfast. She had to go shopping for it, and there was confusion about the price. On Booking.com, the price is 3 euro per person (still the case), but on the price list on-site, it was 4 euro. But even 4 euro was actually far too little for the quality provided. We ultimately paid 3 euro pp.

Great Green House

Great property in great location. Defina the host is very friendly and quick to help answer any questions. Also she has a lovely dog. Easy to find property, on street parking. Shops close by.

Only problem was Internet connection, it kept disconnecting every now and then. As solo traveller to me that's crucial to keep in contact with family and friends. Other than that, the place and host were GREAT !!!

Home away from home. Korca's best!

First of all, the host and her puppy Dory are super friendly and they make you feel at home. The apartment is not only much bigger than we anticipated, is is also very homely and tastefully decorated (furniture, rugs, photographs etc.). This is something we did not see very often in Albania. The little patio is a huge bonus, especially when the table is filled with the very tasty Albanian breakfast and dinner, home made with love. Optional but highly recommended. You can leave the car in the narrow and quiet street and walk from there. You are right in the city center.

Spot clean and peaceful

Very cosy and comfy. A real treat. Near the main promenade and very silent in the same time. You can find your inner peace. Can spend some time with the lovely dog or take a walk in the neighborhood.

Superb

Everything. Traditional house preserved very carefully. Very good place. Very family atmosphere. Free fast internet. Clean. Healthy and delicious breakfast. The lady of the guesthouse (Dafina) is ready for any need. Free parking. Every time I go to Korce, it will be my first choice.

The toilet is clean but a little small. TV had no signal. (small things that do not reduce the value of comfort in general)

The property was very clean and the owner was very welcoming. She turned on the fireplace hours before our arrival so it was such a warm feeling to enter I. A cozy and heated house.

The house was cosy and lovely, perfect for a short stay. Dafina, the landlady, welcomed us upon arrival, and had already warmed to house as it was particularly chilly on that day. She prepared sweet crepes for breakfast that our kids loved, and she was very helpful and kind.

Great little apartment close to the centre but tucked away in a quiet street. Bathroom is clean & new. Bed is big and comfortable.

Would have been nice to have a small kitchen space or even just a kettle for tea/coffee. The owners dog and neighbours dogs bark quite a lot, especially in the morning.

Lovely place . comfortable and a great value for money . The hospitality of Mrs. Dafina is priceless . House of 1911 renovated keeping all the charm of the old . hearty breakfast cooked by the lady of the house every morning with fresh and genuine local products . Amamos a estadia! Tudo perfeito! A casinha é bem aconchegante e a Senhora Defina é um amorzinho. É como estar na casa da vó. Fomos no Natal e nos sentimos acolhidos. Os: O cachorro dela é muito fofo 😍

La casa es el piso de arriba de donde vive la dueña. Es como estar en la casa de la abuela con todos los bordados y ganchillos de la abuelita. La dueña muy amable. El desayuno que nos ponía estaba bien.

Las camas son un poco incómodas, bastante duras ( las de los sofás camas).

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten einen entspannten Aufenthalt bei Dafina. Das Apartment hat Charme, das Frühstück war sehr lecker! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Un peu déçus

La literie était très confortable. La déco était personnelle contrairement à nombre de logements de location. Le charme du poele à bois. Le lit parapluie à disposition. Le petit déjeuner était très bon (5 euros/personne)

Nous avons été déçus car en lisant les avis précédents, nous nous attendions, en commandant le dîner, à partager un repas traditionnel avec notre hôte. Or notre hôte devait avoir mieux à faire et s'est contentée de nous amener à manger (des lasagnes...) dans l'appartement où nous logeons où il n'y a pas vraiment la place ni les équipements pour manger. Après avoir mangé, notre "salon" était plein de vaisselle et de restes et notre hôte n'est pas venue les chercher, nous ne savions pas quoi faire et avons fini par descendre les lui ramener. Le chien insupportable qui aboyait en permanence et nous poursuivait dans la cour (et pourtant nous aimons les chiens !). Pas de chauffage allumé dans le logement sauf dans la chambre (clim réversible). Nous avons eu froid pendant plusieurs heures et avons du surcouvrir notre bébé avant que notre hôte juge approprié de nous allumer un feu dans le poêle, ce qui a été très appréciable. . La salle de bain est mal pensée, il faut se contorsionner pour ouvrir la porte, aller aux toilettes et refermer la porte. En résumé : ça reste je pense une bonne option de logement à pas trop cher à Körçe et peut-être que nous n'avons pas eu de chance car notre hôte était indisponible.

Un moment de partage très sympa dans un logement à deux pas du centre !

Dafina, l'hôtesse a été très accueillante ! Malgré le fait qu'elle ne parle que l'albanais et le grec, nous avons passé un très bon séjour, et avons même partagé un repas ensemble ! Les petits déjeuners étaient copieux et savoureux ! Je recommande vivement ! Patrick et Ouardia

La casa è arredata in stile ottomano, molto spaziosa e graziosa. E' situata in posizione centrale per visitare la città e si trova parcheggio proprio sotto casa. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile e la cagnolina Dori simpaticissima.

Bardzo ładny apartament , gustownie i wygodnie urządzony w klimatycznym starym budynku. Czysto, komfortowo, na miejscu można zamówić śniadanie, lunch, obiadokolacje - do uzgodnienia z gospodynią. Można także skorzystać z pralki. Na wyposażeniu jest także łóżeczko dziecięce. Dla lubiących zwierzęta atutem będzie przeuroczy piesek Dori :). Zdecydowanie polecamy !

Excellent séjour dans une une belle maison accueillante, dans une ville intéressante et étonnante

Cette maison n'a pas les standards de l'hôtellerie internationale et c'est tant mieux. Mais elle a beaucoup de charme avec ses tapis, coussins et couvertures colorées, belles photos et encres, fauteuils cosy et teintes pastel sur les murs. Et surtout, l'hôtesse, Dafina, est là souriante et accueillante, vient allumer le feu matin et soir, et prépare de très bons repas et petits dej
