What a lucky find this holiday home was, with genuine warmth and kindness. Highly recommended to anyone looking for an authentic and welcoming place to stay. We were treated to delicious produce from the garden. The lovely family was always ready to help with travel plans, local recommendations, and practical advice. Their outstanding hospitality, generosity, and a beautiful setting made this a truly memorable stay.

Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich. Man verständigt sich mit Händen und Füßen und Google Übersetzer. Die Kommunikation vorab erfolgte über die Enkeltochter, die ebenfalls sehr nett und hilfsbereit war. Dank der Wegbeschreibung konnten wir die Unterkunft gut finden. Wer hier übernachtet ist mitten drin in einer albanischen Familie. Ganz authentisch und einfach in der Ausstattung mit einem idyllischem Selbstversorger-Garten. Auf Wunsch wird ein liebevoll zubereitetes Frühstück serviert mit Eierspeise, Fettgebäck, Obst und Gemüse.

Wer Luxus erwartet ist hier fehl am Platz. Die Unterkunft ist einfach gehalten und zum Teil auch in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Betreten des Schlafzimmer roch es auch etwas muffig. Das Badezimmer war nicht an das Zimmer angrenzend, sondern lag em Ende des gemeinschaftlich genutzten Flurs. Die Anfahrt zur Unterkunft ist relativ eng und steil und auch für geübte Fahrer durchaus eine kleine Herausforderung aber auch mit normalem PKW machbar solange man sich an die Wegbeschreibung der Gastgeber hält (nicht Google Maps folgen!!!)

Les hôtes étaient sympathiques, le lieu était calme, les voisins gentils et accueillants, proche du centre de gjirokaster.

De ne pas avoir la possibilité d'accéder à la cuisine.

We loved the beautiful view of the mountains from the courtyard. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! The room was clean and had what we needed for a short stay. We were able to do our laundry for a small fee. The drive from the city center to the property was a little scary but manageable with good driving skills. We definitely recommend this place to other guests!

We would recommend some towel racks/hangers be placed in the bathroom for guests to hang their towels while taking a shower.
