Whole large well-furnished apartment with 3 bedrooms on ground floor. Large equipped kitchen. Supermarket, stores & cafés nearby. Very helpful owner

The location was easy to find, and very comfortable and clean.

We booked the entire apartment. When we got to the apartment the host had only unlocked one bedroom. She then proceeded to charge me an extra 10 euros for the 2nd bedroom. This was not the booking and we expected access to the entire apartment as we had booked and the 3rd bedroom was kept locked by the host. The host could not speak English and I had trouble with Italian. The host also did not ammend the reciept to 106 euros but left it at 96 euros.Other than hitting us up for an extra 10 euro hidden charge the property was lovely

A very peaceful and comfy place.

Casa Rosi was a palace compared to my usual stays! I found this place last minute as I was looking desperatly for a place where to spend the night which allowed me to take my bike (I am on a bike touring trip on my own) to the closest bike shop for some urgent repeirments. The price was too much for one person, but the cheapest in all the area, but the apartment was originally for 6 people max, so it would have been cheap to share! The host was super kind and friendly, always very patient with my situation. The house is very clean, modern and central. I had a wonderful night of peace and recharge. Very recommended!!

The washing machine wasn't properly discharging the water, but I fixed it pulling the handle on the bottom. Easy

Casa accogliente, nuova e molto pulita. Ambiente confortevole e ampio. Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in auto o a piedi. Ospite gentile, cordiale e disponibile. Ci torneremo!

Appartamento grande, dotato di ogni confort, moderno e molto curato, si vede che la signora ci tiene a presentare un appartamento accogliente per gli ospiti. Ho soggiornato solo una notte ma posso dire anche che la zona è silenziosa e che ho dormito molto bene. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti, anche per un soggiorno in famiglia!
