Really nice place and we tried keeping it clean.

The only glitch was opening the letter box to get to the key safe box. The back side door was difficult to open with fingers and fingernails. It was dark and raining which probably made the situation worse. In the end we opened the letter flap and with the cell phone light could see the key safe box. We searched in the rain and found a stick that we poked through the letter flap and the back flap opened. Other than that, everything was clear.

In general it was ok

Quiet location, parking always available, 5 minutes walk to city centre, spacious apartment.

No air condition so it got very hot in the evenings. You couldn´t open the windows because there were millions of mosquitos outside, trying to get in.

Lovely flat

We booked last minute meaning 10 min before arriving in Edegem. The landlord had the place ready in 1 hour! The flat was clean and cosy,we enjoyed it there and felt like home.we will definitely go back when in Belgium. Thank you!

Dat we aankwamen en dat het appartement helemaal niet beschikbaar was dus dat we daar voor niks stonden

Nicht Empfehlenswert!!!

Die Matratzen waren alle voller Urin, Lattenroste zu klein für das Bett! Überall Tierhaare, Essen des Vermieters im Kühlschrank. Meldet sich nicht um eine Lösung zu finden! Beschwerde an Booking wurde gestellt. Auch da gab es seinerseits, keine Rückmeldung! Die Wohnung sieht nicht aus wie auf den Bildern! Überall steht privates Zeug im Weg, alle Schränke sind mit privaten Sachen voll gestopft. Keine Möglichkeit was aufzuhängen! Es waren an diversen Sachen Preise angebracht! Ich kann nur jeden von dieser Unterkunft abraten.

Niet nice en cosy. Volgestopt woonhuis waar jij mag verblijven als de bewoner er niet is. Ik werd er niet blij van.

Prima locatie, rustig wijkje. Goed adresje voor op doorreis

Het is geen nice and cosy appartement, het is het huis van iemand waar je tussen zijn/haar spullen rond mag scharrelen. Als ik dat had geweten had ik niet geboekt (zeker niet voor dit geld!). De huisraad van de foto’s staat inderdaad in het appartement, en daarnaast nog een keer de inboedel van een compleet appartement! Elk hoekje staat vol met huisraad en rommeltjes! In de huidige staat is het eigenlijk onverhuurbaar.

Lampe im Schlafzimmer minimal. Wenig Geschirr in der Küche. Keine Information zum Einschalten der Fernsehprogramme. Alle Schränke voll mit privaten Sachen.

Тесни и стръмни стълби. Наличие на човешки и животински косми по чаршафите. Кодът не съответстваше и трудно с налучкване влезнахме в апартамента, защото пристигнахме в 00.35 и нямаше кой да ни помогне.

Over het algemeen tevreden

Locatie was top, voor ons moest het in de buurt van UZA Edegem zijn en het was dichtbij. We konden ook telkens aan de overkant van de appartementen parkeren. Er was koffie en thee. Het bed was heel groot. We hebben héél lekker gegeten bij een italiaan in het centrum.

Het inchecken was pas vanaf 17u, dat had voor ons vroeger mogen zijn. Het zou handig geweest zijn als er een microgolfoven aanwezig was. De tassen in de kast in de keuken waren niet allemaal proper.

Rustig gelegen , dicht bij Antwerpen maar niet onder de catergorie " cosy " te plaatsen .

Ontbijt ? Er was koffie .

Wat , waar en hoe . Een kleine info-brochure zou kunnen bijdragen tot een aangenamer verblijf ! Dit verblijf voldoet voor 2 volwassen personen met kinderen die geen hotel willen maar is zeker niet op hetzelfde niveau . Prijs is iets te hoog .
