PLEASE NOTE - this property is in northwest Florida - Destin area. It is NOT Miramar Florida. It's a Two bedroom, 2 and a half bath 2 story townhouse 3 blocks from the beach. Two story living with hardwood and tile floors throughout. Two screened in porches for enjoyable outdoor living - one downstairs and the second off the Master on the second level. Newly updated Community Pool right out the back door. Master Bedroom has a king size bed, and completely updated bathroom with walk in tile shower and NEW 70'' Flat Screen. Sliding glass doors lead to the upstairs screened in porch. Second bedroom has 2 Queen Size beds and a completely updated bath with tub and shower and new 50''. Downstairs living room has new 55'' Flat Screen.
Downstairs has fully equipped kitchen, completely remodeled 1/2 bath. NEW 55'' flat screen TV with Blu-Ray DVD in the living area. Sofa has a queen size pull out with upgraded mattress. Gas grill for cooking right out your back door patio. Walking distance to the beach is about 2.5 blocks. Close to Destin Commons and the popular Silver Sands Outlet. Unit has two private parking spaces. Minimum rental age is 25. No Pets.

We loved everything about this place! The location was great! The condo was very spacious and i loved having the downstairs area to hangout and upstairs to sleep! Loved the enclosed patios too and the extras throughout the place!
Bonus was that the host was always available!

This is my familys second stay at this property and we love it. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us to ensure everything was ok. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The beach is technically within walking distance, but we decided to make the drive. We can not wait to get back!
