Good value for money, Guest house owner and family met our needs well . Nice room and seating area. Lots of space. Quiet. Had a room without AC but the building was cool enough to make it a good temperature . Modernish interior.

Could do with a guest fridge and little things like a bin, towels, tea towels , drying rack for plates etc

Location is very good and guest is so sweet☺️ everything is done to spend good time. House is very clean and parking is comfortable,view is amazing…I give recommendations to all of you to have good holiday💖

There were insects (spiders) I had to capture many on my own, but it was also fun lol

This is a family-run room for rent, not a professional establishment. This has pluses and minuses. The pluses were that it was totally authentic, the decor and the family, the rooms are literally part of their house, and if you're not careful, you'll find yourself in their living room. There is a lovely view of the mountain, and it's surrounded by trees and has its own mini garden. Since we bring our own food for dietary reasons, it was very useful to have a comfortable, fully functioning kitchen. It was excellent value for money.

So, not very professional at all. The hostess, the grandmother of the family, barely speaks English (and her Russian is not so great either). One of the beds hadn't been made, so she gave us the sheets to do it ourselves. We asked for extra towels, and she scrounged around but didn't find us any. If you're not careful to shut the gate, the dog comes over to see what's up (lovely dog, though, I actually kind of liked having him around). But not professional. Oh - I don't think there were any keys. Not that we had anything to worry about, but still. No air conditioning - we were there in August - but to be fair, opening up the windows was actually enough. It never got above 23 or so, even during the heat of the day. The mattresses were only just ok, but I liked the pillows. In terms of location - we had a car and driver from GoTrip (highly recommend that service!), and he had a very hard time getting up the mountain to the guest house, it's a narrow street that allows traffic in both directions, and cars are often blocking it and have to yell at each other to move out of the way. It's only a few minutes from Borjomi Park, but I'm glad we didn't need to walk up that very steep hill, the car had a hard time.
