It was a lovely little place to stay above the city of Borjomi. The bed was comfortable. There was other places to sit, and it had a little kitchenette, which was perfect for making some meals. The location was a bit hard to find it first, but it was very close to everything.
Well, everything was very clean, the pillowcases smelled like perhaps the last person who had been there. Luckily, I travelled with my own pillowcase so I was able to switch it out. And I’m sure this was an oversight because everything else was very clean! It is a little bit noisy when there are other guests talking in the common area, but it didn’t disrupt my sleep or anything at all.

Very clean, breathtaking mountain view, cozy balcony, functional kitchenette, friendly staff
The mattress was a bit thin: was acceptable for me and had a comfortable sleep but if you have back issues, keep it mind. The location is a short walk from the railway station up a steep street. If you have a lot of heavy baggage, consider taking a taxi.
