It’s in prime location ,all main attractions near to house ,all best cafe is borjomi is walking distance from house, the owner even gave chocolates , everything was available in the house like some toffee ,chocolates,extra utensils ,,slippers, coffee, tea , I felt I was in my own house 🏡
There is nothing to dislike , everything is more thn perfect 👌

Great studio, you can totally relax here. I recommend it!
Know that you can call when you arrive, the number is placed in the window. We didn’t know and were at the right place but the lady that lives above tried to send us away when we knocked and called at their front door. And then a friendly neighbour helped us out.

The place is very easy to find, the hotel is located in the city center very close to the park, all the necessary facilities are nearby.🫶
