About this apartment rental
Private relaxing Condo. 3 min walk to shopping/upscale trendy restaurants. Its a 5 min walk to 2 huge grocery stores. Just 20 min drive to downtown Cabo San Lucas, 5 minute drive to San Jose Del Cabo and 15 min drive from the Los Cabos Airport. This is a first floor, completely remodeled, privately owned 1 bedroom condo. We provide wifi & TVs & have Rokus for streaming. We own this condo. This is not to fill an unused timeshare. Golf course is behind us and beach across the street. There is a pool only used by condominium guests.
You will have access to the whole condo space, patio and pool. Each condo has 1 parking space so if you rent a vehicle we should be able to accommodate you parking inside the complex. Be sure to ask about parking. We do leave 2 Beach chairs on the patio for you to use at the beach. This condo is for 2 adults only, no more than 2 people and no children.
We can be contacted by phone, text or email during your stay.
Unless staying at a beach front resort you will not find another location that is as close to public beach access and as nice at this price. It's a 2 minute walk from leaving our front door till your toes are in the sand. You also have just a 3 minute walk to upscale trendy restaurants and shopping.
Buses and taxi's can be accessed just outside the gate. Or use your app for an uber.
$110/night with a $125 cleaning fee & refundable $150 damage deposit. Please email for more info or booking

This was a lovely place to stay in San Jose. We did a lot of walking and found most places we wanted to visit were within decent walking distance. The place was cozy, clean and well cared for. It turned out to be a very relaxing holiday and the condo supported that very nicely.

Nice unit! Ground level with easy access to the pool and main gate / No stairs. The property manager Esther was welcoming and helpful. Craig and Celeste were available for last minute questions we had while we were there. The electric BBQ on the back deck is an added bonus! 10 outta 10
