About this apartment rental
Located in a small (25 units) gated condo complex right on Paseo Malecon, Casa Soleado is a fully equipped vacation condo, that has been completely updated. Smart TV and excellent internet. Fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker/microwave/air fryer, and blender. The condo overlooks the beautiful pool area, and has a large deck that comes with a bbq, outdoor table and umbrella. Included in the condo are beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach toys, snorkel equipment, and tennis racquets. Casa Soleado is within an easy walking distance to Old Town, and is only minutes from shopping and restaurants. The beach is across the street.

We enjoyed our time in our cute little condo. It was clean and had a great patio to hang out on. It was fully equipped for the beach too.

Brian's property was better than expected. There are full-time residents in the complex but the majority of them were not there so we had the pool almost all to ourselves. Esther was great to deal with, she got us checked in easily and checked in halfway through our stay to be sure we had everything we needed. There was filtered water, the welcome binder had a ton of great references for restaurants and things to do locally. I would definitely stay here again!

We had everything we needed in the unit. Full kitchen, chairs and umbrellas for the beach, very cozy unit with lots of amenities very close by, and the beach is a two minute walk across the street. Highly recommended this little jewel.
