Inside the Vidanta golf course, this 2 BR, 3 Bath, with a tub in master ensuite, has an Ocean View from the living area and master bedroom and large covered terrace. Roof Top terrace with sun and shade areas, loungers, grill, large dining area. Walking to Pescador Plaza with restaurants, bars, shops, spa services and major resorts, Vidanta, Cabo Azul, iViceroy. Walk on dedicated beach paths between the hotels to the beach. Watch the stingrays jump in the late afternoon and the whales passing by in season, and the moon rise over the ocean is fabulous there. Bike rentals nearby to enjoy the bike path into the San Jose central plaza and estuary. Short walk to Cabo Dolphin Adventure. Comer Plaza includes grocery store, a variety of shops and restaurants, Starbuck's, McDonald's. Nearby Puerto Los Cabos and La Playita has family friendly beach protected by jetties for swimming, wading, safe beach play. Fishing boats for charter & whale watching.

We enjoyed our stay once again and Kristi is a great host and can always be reached if needed. The condo is perfect for 2 couples and has almost everything you need to make it home during your stay. We will be back.

This was our third stay in the Peninsula Condos complex, but our first in this unit. This is a great complex, well taken care of and in a perfect location. The apartment was just perfect for the two of us and we were so lucky it came available due to a cancellation. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and probably the most well-equipped rental we have encountered in our several years of vacation rentals. We particularly liked the rooftop terrace which has very comfortable furniture and has both shaded and sunny areas, and is very private.
If there had been 4 of us staying there it would have been nice to have additional comfortable seating in the living room - although the sofa is great, the 2 “basket” chairs not so much.

The property is beautiful, the condo is well equipped with anything you might need. Working with the host was very pleasant and she was quick to respond more than enough space for us to if you had four people that would be great as well.

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. There were 2 couples and it was perfect. The location is great for walking around and only a short drive into downtown San Jose. The extra rooftop patio is a great space for barbecuing and having dinner. The condo is well stocked with everything you need and the grocery store is close. Good communication with the owner Kristi. We would definitely rent this condo again.
