golfers paradise and a 5 min walk to the beach.one bedroom, ground floor condo

My husband and I spent Christmas at this very nice ground floor apartment. Pros were no stairs to climb, the cons were there was no view. The patio is right next to a gate and walkway which is quite busy but not too much of a disturbance. There are 3 pools to choose from with hot tubs (which were very warm), depending on the time of day you could always find sun at one of the pools. Be prepared for a lot of walking if you don't have the use of a car (which we did not). The grocery store is a 30 minute walk from the condo. We took a taxi home from the grocery store and it was 1500.00 peso, a little on the high side. The closest Oxxo store is about a 20 minute walk, nothing closer to the golf course. Downtown is about a 40-45 minute walk or you can take the urbano bus on the main street to get you there, which we used a few times. There are lots of good restaurants to choose from there. We enjoyed the Art Walk on Thursday nights downtown. The walk to the beach is about 5 blocks from the condo, 3 to exit the golf course and 2 to the beach on the walkway. Our first trip to the beach, we didn't know that the walkway to the beach is between the Royal Solaris and Barcelo so we walked all the way to the north end of the hotel strip to the entrance there. These are all things that would have been nice to know about this location. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, but would probably book in a different location if we return.

This condo is in the perfect location and with easy access everywhere. Owners were very easy to deal with and any issue was handled quickly.

This was our first Vrbo experience but probably won’t be our last because we couldn’t have been happier that we chose this spot. Owners are very benevolent in all that they furnished us with. Very clean and well maintained. First floor was very beneficial for us, our unit was a very short walk to 2 of the 3 pools. Wish we had tried the hot tub earlier than our last night here. We did meet a lot of very nice people staying in other condos around us, all super friendly and we felt very safe when we ventured out for a walk day or night. Went down to the Thursday night art walk and enjoyed a great meal at Jazmine restaurant just one block off the main square. Used Uber to get around on numerous occasions. Highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone needing a one bedroom getaway location.

My wife and I stayed at this property for 10 weeks this winter. The condo was great, it had everything we needed for an extended stay. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, cutlery, dishes, glasswear etc. We could not have asked for more. The condo is in a very safe complex, located close to shopping , downtown and restaurants. The gardens at the complex are amazing and the staff are very friendly. The owners were great hosts. The additional of North American television was much appreciated! Highly recommended.
