Overall, we had a good time, but there is space for improvements that could make our stay more comfortable and welcoming

We had a pleasant stay at the villa and really enjoyed the atmosphere and location. The place is spacious and clean , close to the beach. The bed was very comfortable, which we appreciated, although the sofa was not very comfortable for sleeping.

The villa is advertised as “luxury,” but in reality the interior feels more vintage than truly luxurious, as the renovation is not very recent. There was a coffee machine, but unfortunately not even one capsule was provided. When you pay €250 per night, it would be a nice gesture to at least have coffee for the first morning, before you get a chance to find your way around the supermarkets. A microwave and a simple wine opener would also be very practical additions.

A promise of luxury delivered on!

I stayed here over the Monaco Grand Prix and am so glad I stumbled upon this property! The host Matteo made the stay - he had excellent communication leading up to my visit, met me upon arrival to hand over the key and tour the apartment, and was helpful throughout my stay. I left something at the property and Matteo generously posted it back to me. The listing title stated 'Luxury Flat', which is was skeptical of, but the flat truly is luxurious and large. It's a great feeling to walk into a place and for it to surpase expectations, which this place did. The kitchen is large with a beatiful brick wall dining area, double sinks in the bathroom, and the main bedroom is massive. The bed was comfortable and dressed with high-quality sheets and bedding. Other nice features are lots of marble throughout the building and an elevator for baggage and accessibility. The on premise parking was fantastic and is hard to come across in the area. It was secured by a gate and spacious for navigating a car in and out of. I loved the area, which felt extremely safe and you felt like a local vs. being in a tourist area, which was a welcome change from most of the French Riviera. I can highly recommend Pizzeria Napoletana which is a block away, their Spagetthi Cabonara was incredible, as was the Pizza. Lastly, you could get her without a car as a train station is close by and will take you anyway in the French Riviera in 30-60 minutes. When I come back to this part of the world, I'll definitely be returning to stay!
