Ampio parcheggio interno. Tranquillità/silenziosità dell' appartamento. Ampia metratura e pulizia interna. Ottima illuminazione. Eccellente fornitura di accessori in cucina con ampi piani di appoggio per qualsiasi oggetto. Addirittura molto graditi i due ampi terrazzi esterni.

Sembrerà incredibile (per chi legge) ma la TV enorme e modernissima aveva vari pacchetti di intrattenimento con film, serie tv, cartoni animati, documentari, ecc..... Ma NON ha i cavi dell' antenna !!!... Se una persona vuole vedere la semplice e normale TV con un qualsiasi canale Rai, Mediaset, ecc. non riesce a vedere nulla. Dietro alla TV c'è solo il cavo della corrente, ma mancano i cavi dell' antenna sia condominiale, sia (eventualmente) quella satellitare.

le calme malgré l emplacement central (impasse donnant sur l avenue principale) l ambiance cosy la vue sur l eglise (qui ne sonne pas) l ecran de tele .la doucje et le lit gigantesque bien ferme

Settimana d'autunno tra Liguria e Costa Azzurra.

Ottima posizione, vicino alla spiaggia, stazione, supermercati, ricarica auto e negozi. Ottima posizione anche per gite in giornata, sulla Costa Azzurra. Appartamento appena ristrutturato, in ogni ambiente, bagno in primis. Favoriti dal periodo di bassa stagione, abbiamo sempre trovato parcheggio nel cortile interno.

La vita privata d'ingresso, l'abbiamo a volte trovata congestionata da mezzi di carico scarico, di un impresa d'arredamento delle vicinanze.

Eine toll ausgestattete Wohnung mitten in Bordighera

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt und die Tatsache, dass das Auto in einem gesicherten Bereich abgestellt werden konnte war zusätzlich ein Pluspunkt. Die Kommunikation war sehr schnell und effektiv! Die Wohnung im 2. Stock ist Dank Lift auch mit grossen Koffern bequem zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung und die beiden Balkone waren super und die Klimaanlage arbeitet souverän wenn man sie brauchte. Die Wohnung und die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig! Rundum zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder!
