We're very happy with the place, bed is a bit small but we only stayed 1 night. Walking distance to both Matsumoto station & castle, nice buffet breakfast, love the free bikes that we used to ride to Aeon Mall nearby for dinner.

The price. Good air con, nice staff, very 1970s or 1980s, which actually was sort of charming.
It was definitely budget which is reflected the price. Clean and bed was okay

Clean, worth its price
The bed for 2 people is way too small, I would suggest you get one bed for one person.
