Great room and breakfast, would come back for sure

Really great room - more like an apartment. Super comfortable bed and very well designed bathroom. The owners provided a great breakfast as well. It’s obvious they take pride in their property and enjoy hosting guests. Parking spot is great but not for larger cars. Plenty of on street parking outside.

It was a pleasure to spend time in this apartment.

The property is close to the centre of Oosterhout, which we found to be a really pleasant small town. My first comment when entering this property was ‘ Wow’. The apartment is beautifully furnished. The proprietor has obviously added extra touches such as wrapped biscuits, a First Aid Kit, fresh flowers , an ironing board and iron. This is one of the most impressive apartments I have stayed in. Breakfast was delivered to the apartment and was delightful : freshly squeezed orange juice, a variety of breads and croissants as well as granola and yogurt.

The outside staircase was no problem for me but may be for anybody with a mobility problem.

We had a very warm welcome for our honeymoon night. The bed was good, the bath was excellent, and the breakfast was fine. Very clean space.

Luxurious, spacious and beautifully decorated studio. Very calm and quiet. Comfortable bed with high quality linen. Beautiful bathroom with good lighting for makeup/shaving and plenty of towels. Very delicious breakfast delivered to the room. Nice terrace. Very handy being able to park the car next to the staircase leading to the front door of the studio.

No major problems at all, but closet space, a full-size double bed (180 cm), as well as a full body mirror would have been nice.

A property to return to without a doubt , the hosts really make you feel welcome. one of the nicest properties I’ve stay

The property is very well placed central to the town . it is well appointed and offers every convenience you could wish for. The breakfast is delicious and very generous . The balcony offers you the option of sitting outside in the evening and to have breakfast there in the morning. We loved staying here ,it so quiet and a great base with so many cycling routes around the area.

Beautiful and spacious B&B with impeccable taste. Everything was immaculately clean, well-kept and of high quality. All seemed thought out to the last attentive detail, and the hosts were very kind and gracious. Breakfast was delicious, the coffee was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised at the minibar's very fair prices. Overall, we absolutely loved it!

If anything, our internet connection wasn't super fast. But it was good enough to stream a movie - so good enough for us!

Definitely worth it!

Our stay at Zzzuite25 was incredible! I would definitely recommend this place. Host Richard is kind and the room is just perfect.. very luxurious and with a big bathroom (the bath was just what we needed), breakfast is also great with a lot of fresh products. In 50 meters you're in the city center or at the local grocery store (Jumbo). A central location, with (free) parking spot, but still in a quiet street. Thanks a lot!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Zzzuite 25 is echt een parel. De suite is zeer ruim en stijlvol ingericht, met meerdere fijne zitplekken waardoor je je direct thuis voelt. Perfect voor stellen die samen willen genieten van rust en een romantische sfeer. Het dakterras is absoluut een highlight: heerlijk om samen te ontspannen, zowel overdag als ’s avonds. De badkamer is prachtig en luxe uitgevoerd, met zowel een douche als een ligbad echt genieten. De ligging is ideaal: midden in het centrum, alles op loopafstand. Kortom: een echte show-suite en een aanrader voor wie comfort, sfeer en locatie belangrijk vindt. ✨ Ps vergeet niet de gastvrijheid en het heerlijke ontbijt!!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Frühstück

Wunderschöne Unterkunft, mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Badewanne ein Traum, haben wir sehr genossen. Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und das Frühstück wird jeden Morgen ins Zimmer gebracht! Es ist eine klare Weiterempfehlung !!

Terrasse ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das hat uns aber nicht gestört.
