Największa zaleta tego mieszkania to lokalizacja w samym centrum Szczecina, wszędzie jest blisko na piechotę. Na plus także powierzchnia mieszkania.
Niestety mieszkanie się zamortyzowało - choć nie było brudno to liczne uszkodzenia ścian, otarcia, zawilgocone futryny drzwiowe czy zużyte blaty nie robią zbyt dobrego wrażenia. Stosunek jakości do ceny raczej niezadowalający.

Schön eingerichtet. Sehr zentral. Parkplatz vor der Tür.
Die Sauberkeit leider nicht so gewesen. Total verkalkter Wasserkocher da gewesen. Mussten erst mal entkalken. Die Spülmaschine war sehr dreckig. Ein Stück zewa wurde wohl mit gespült. Mussten erst mal sauber machen. Couch voll mit Flecken und Staub auf den Regal.
