A place to definitely return to

Fantastic apartments with a wonderful view of the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything to cook a meal. The pool is great.

Very complicated communication with the owner. He sends some information on the booking website, the other part to the email. I am on vacation and do not use email, so I had problems with parking the car in the underground parking lot, finding the right elevator, as well as communication on the last day when he asked to send a message about when I left the apartments. I sent him this message on the booking website, but he did not receive it, because after some time I received a question from him in the email

Fabulous stay in Hanza Tower!

Location and property itself was spot on. Netflix was a great addition. Lack of balcony was compensated with a terrace on top floor.

A Hotel is very nice in very good place and the pool was very beautiful

Great view from the apartment.

Building is still under construction/renovation and it was not possible to open a window. Noise from construction woke us at 8am. This should be communicated during booking.

Wunderschöne, luxuriöse Unterkunft mitten in Stettin. Der Ausblick war gigantisch. Sehr sehr außergewöhnlich, mit toller Ausstattung und Einrichtung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super goed.

Totale verblijf was zeer comfortabel en makkelijk. Bijna alles wat we nodig hadden was inbegrepen. Ook simpelen dingen als toiletpapier en schoonmaakmiddel blokjes voor de vaatwasser.

klein nadeel: het fornuis is super klein, vrij lastig om een echte goede maaltijd op te koken. Ook waren wat poetsdoeken handig geweest om de keuken te poetsen.

Fatalny pobyt w Margi Ariela Lux Studio - Nigdy Więcej! Niestety, nasz pobyt w apartamencie Margi Ariela Lux Studio w Szczecinie był skrajnie rozczarowujący i z całą pewnością nigdy więcej nie skorzystamy z ich usług. To było prawdziwe pasmo usterek i niedociągnięć, które całkowicie zepsuły nam komfort. Zacznijmy od koszmarnej klamki drzwi wejściowych. Bateria była na wyczerpaniu, co skutkowało tym, że za każdym razem musieliśmy wielokrotnie wpisywać kod i modlić się, żeby w końcu otworzyć drzwi. To absolutnie niedopuszczalne i frustrujące. W środku było niewiele lepiej. Lustro w korytarzu było tak pomazane i brudne, że ciężko było w nim cokolwiek zobaczyć. W łazience zastaliśmy minimalistyczną kabinę prysznicową, a klamka od łazienki była ruchoma i sprawiała wrażenie, że zaraz odpadnie. Cały apartament był zaniedbany – podłoga brudna, z widocznymi zaciekami po mopie, a łóżko rozregulowane, co nie sprzyjało spokojnemu snu. Wisienką na torcie okazała się kwestia miejsca parkingowego. Otrzymaliśmy informację, że nie ma dostępnego miejsca na parkingu podziemnym, co było dla nas sporym problemem. Jakież było nasze zdziwienie, gdy po zapytaniu w lobby okazało się, że wolne miejsca jednak są! To świadczy o braku rzetelności i fatalnej komunikacji. Podsumowując, Margi Ariela Lux Studio to miejsce, które powinno unikać się szerokim łukiem. Brak dbałości o podstawowe aspekty komfortu i czystości, połączony z wprowadzaniem w błąd, sprawia, że jest to lokalizacja, której nie polecamy nikomu. My na pewno tu nie wrócimy!

Widok z 17 piętra i basen

Właściciel nie zgłosił numerów rejestracyjnych auta do zarządcy parkingu pomimo wcześniejszej zapłaty. Nie odbierał telefonu, po godzinie napisał, że to był błąd systemu. Nie skorzystałam z parkingu ale pieniądze zostały zwrócone.Jesli chce się zameldować przed g.15 pobierana dodatkową opłata. Kod na taras widokowy nie działał o godz 23, a wg informacji taras jest dostępny dla gości w godzinach 6.00-0.00. Kod na taras dodatkowo był nieprawidłowy.

Przepiękny apartament z OBŁĘDNYM widokiem!!! Elegancko i w sam raz urządzony. Strefa SPA cudowna. Basen pośród palm. Można się oczarować:-)
