Never again!

It was clean

I had a very unpleasant stay. The staff was unwelcoming from the moment we arrived, and the person managing the property made us feel uncomfortable throughout our visit. The room was cold, and when I mentioned it, she became defensive about the heating. She insisted that only she could adjust the temperature because she had “the remote,” and refused to let me change anything myself. I messaged her twice asking to switch off the AC because it was blowing cold air and to keep only the radiator on. She ignored both messages, so I finally turned the AC off myself. She then came to our room to tell me I was wrong and that the room was “too hot,” which was not true. Later, she returned again to confront me because I submitted a complaint to Booking.com — highly unprofessional behavior. On top of that, she kept pressuring us about what time we would leave. Even though checkout is at 10 AM, she insisted on knowing our departure time and said she would wait outside our door. At 8 AM, she knocked on the door because I had mentioned we might leave around that time. I found this intrusive and unnecessary. Overall, the experience was uncomfortable, stressful, and far from what a guest should expect. I would never book with this host again.

An artist's touch

We stayed here as a family of three en route to see the tulip fields. The location was perfect. Free parking right across the road. Several restaurants within a very short walk. Lots of shops and cafes in the old town area just a few minutes away. The flat itself was very cozy. The pellet fireplace was a charming and welcome addition as it was cold and rainy when we arrived. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept wonderfully. Our host, Aurelia was very friendly and accommodating of our somewhat late arrival. These flats are part of her beautiful home above an art gallery. We would definitely book here again for a longer stay to explore Veldhoven and Eindhoven properly.

We were only there for a night and didn't have time to take the breakfast. The host was very nice and the room was comfortable.

The bathroom is not very suitable for tall people, I bumped my head more than once using the toilet...

Clean, comfortable, cozy, quiet and spacious enough accommodation. Shops and restaurants are very close. Free parking across the road, also very close. Suitable accommodation for families. The host is a polite and helpful nice lady. Thank you for a great stay!

The location was super! Quiet, clean and cosy above any expectation. Also the owner was very punctual and she spoke with me in Dutch even if my Dutch is still very bad. :-) So friendly and patient! I really recommend De Kunstpraktijk!

Hostess was very friendly. She gave a quick tour and was able to help us with our request in a quick manner. And she helped us with breakfast on the first morning.

The temperature was to cold to have the heater off in the evening, but it made a lot of noise when trying to sleep.

Perfect for my needs

Great host, perfect location for me on a business trip and located along with a number of places to eat and drink. For me it was perfect. My accommodation also had a nice fire to heat the room. The room was large, had a kitchen and TV and working Wifi.

Bijzondere B&B in Veldhoven

Ruime kamer met fijn gebruik van een keukentje, eigenares is vriendelijk.

We hadden de pech dat er aan de overkant van de straat een schaatsbaan stond waar een feest werd gegeven wat tot 1 uur duurde. Niet heel fijn als je de volgende ochtend weer vroeg op moet. Het was in de verschillende eetgelegenheden ook erg druk. Maar dat is gewoon toevallige pech geweest. B&B heeft echt prima locatie om een avondje Veldhoven te doen.

Kort en niet voor herhaling vatbaar

Het zag er gezellig en verzorgd uit.

Voor langere mensen lastig met al die balken, regelmatig ons hoofd gestoten. We zaten op de eerste verdieping, normaliter geen probleem,maar ons was niet verteld dat we die via een steile, buitentrap moesten bereiken. We hadden grote koffers bij ( gingen op vliegvakantie via airport Eindhoven) dus die kregen we via die brandtrap niet naar boven.

Mansarda ampia pulita con una cucina super attrezzata e dotata di giochi per bambini. Aurelia la padrona di casa è stata gentilissima e disponibile, vi ha anche fatto trovare due ventilatori dato il caldo imprevisto trovato durante il nostro soggiorno. Davvero consigliato

Tutto perfetto nonostante l’assenza dell’aria condizionata che si è fatta sentire a casa del caldo imprevisto.
