For a simple business trip for the university of Tor Vergata, at least with a car (there must be alternative ways, I just don't know as I didn't need this time), everything (kind stuff, clean room, silence, etc.) was just right.

Air conditioner in the room, bidet, enough wardrobes, clean, fridge in the room, big soft bed, bus shuttle to the underground and university buildings

Very long waiting times at the reception even if there are not so many people there, pretty slow perosnell work. I worked at the hotel and understand that it all could be potentially done much faster. The breakfast was really poor, small choice of bakery products, small cups of coffee/tee. In the room it is pretty loud, you hear everything from the neighbored rooms, my colleague had even worse - she lived on the side where people played very loud table football and partied. PLUG-INS!! Lokated far awar from bed, table. Only one suited for a powerful laptop, but is occupied by a fridge. Simply hard to work normally. Location - even if you see on the map it is close to the university - not really, and there is nothing around - no normal shops, pharmacy etc.
