Good location - walking distance to all major attractions, it has a tower view, we liked the cleanliness on arrival, and also the kettle and fridge was a big bonus. I would recommend it.
It was a bit challenging to find it within the old walls of the palace, and also the tower bells started ringing very loudly early in the morning and woke us up every day. This is not an apartment's or host's fault though. It is simply because of the location.

Location! Hard to find at first but host sent us a photo of the building entrance/door which helped Didnt hear much street noise or music eventhough we were right in the heart of Split Old Town Centre!

Great location, beautiful view
No elevator and extremely small bathroom. There was no space to put any bath utensils at all. Room is tiny and the bath towel holder was falling off. It’s called “luxury apartments” but nothing about the furniture was luxury.
