Дом из 4-х независимых квартир. Мы компанией сняли три квартиры. В каждой квартире 2 спальни и кухня-гостиная. Есть плита, стиральная машина, чайник, посуда. Квартира оснащена всем необходимым, а если чего-то не хватало, то всегда можно было обратиться к хозяину (он живёт в доме напротив). Территория дома ограждена, можно поставить машины.
есть вопрос с канализацией, присутствовал неприятный запах в санузле.

Хорошие чистые аппараты с 2 спальнями, залом и балконом. Все было замечательно

Месторасположения - лучше нет: до пляжа неспешным шагом 5 мин, при этом шум-гам от вечерних увеселений не достает. Отличная шумоизоляция между и комнатами и апартаментами: соседей совсем не слышно,хотя они были с маленькими детьми и частыми гостями с посиделками. Ооочень отзывчивый и доброжелательный хозяин Джемали: все достойно, оперативно, честно и открыто. Рекомендую!

Очень приветливый и заботливый зошчин. Спасибо огромное! Комфортные аппартаменты, хорошее расположение, до моря 7 мин медленным шагом. Рядом магазинчики, прогулочная улица с ресторанами
