Stayed for a whole month in this place and enjoyed my stay. I was welcomed warmly upon arrival and handed the keys. The initial apartment I was shown looked different than the pictures and only had a small table, so I asked if there is another available. Right next to it was apartment 113 (10th floor) with a great sea view, big table to work from. The bed is comfortable, the fridge is massive and kitchen/bathroom get the job done. Warm water stopped working once, and it was fixed within half an hour of texting the host - appreciate the service! There are 5-6 supermarkets and a bus station within 2 minute walking distance.

The walls are rather thin, so when my neighbour turned on his TV at 630am I was woken up a few times. As a foreigner the neighbourhood can feel a bit bland. It's great to walk along the seaside for sure. But to find other expats and a café scene you definitely need to take a 20/30 minute bus or haul a car through Bolt (which is cheap). Other than that value for money is great, host communication excellent and the apartment in great condition. Would stay again!
