Great old fashioned and full of character,(When you eventually find it) well equipped and very clean, swimming pool great with a view over Florence. Hosts were really lovely people.

The road to this great little find is a challenge, especially if you want to go into Florence its 12 km of the narrowest, twisty and scary roads imaginable.

The home had a swimming pool and beautiful garden. The view was also nice. The home was spacious for a couple.

We didn’t know that the road towards the house would be more than 1km of really bad road, which was scary to drive (definitely in rain or dark). The parking was challenging. The house felt a bit outdated and not super clean, eg spots of dead bugs on curtains and lamps, not so clean kitchen utensils etc. The wifi din’t work well (and we could not find instructions on the password in the house). We didn’t feel like the welcome was very warm or extensive and we felt like it was difficult to reach the host. If you plan on visiting Firenze, we would not recommend: long and difficult road and very challenging to avoid the ZTL! If you want to stay at the house and relax, this is probably ok, but for a city visit we would not do this again.
