Good time staying

I had a good time staying in this apartment. The unit was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light and a very comfortable layout. The building itself is quiet. The location is okay — close to grocery, restaurants, and public transportation, which made everyday life convenient. I appreciated how easy the check-in process was and how responsive and friendly the host was throughout my stay.

The location is a bit too far from the center of Florence. Even the public transport is accessible but you’d lose some time to go to Florence.

Spacious apartment.

Location is far from the city area and quite remote. Train station is a 15 minute walk. No proper restaurants or stores nearby. Had to travel to the next town for food. Apartment was outdated and not maintained, with very basic facilities. Balcony was not clean. Shower floor did not drain properly.

Clean and spacious!

Extremely clean, spacious and comfortable apartment in a lovely quiet setting. Train station a 10 min walk away and two stops from the main station in Florence.

Nothing the apartment was perfect. Note the train schedule as they tend to only run every hour.

Tranquility from the maddening crowds

The owners were extremely helpful. I travel alone & do not speak Italian so it was great to have timely communication. The apartment was quite and a great escape from the crazy crowds and traffic in the main part of Florence.

It suited me very much as I found the crowds too much in the main tourist area so this was perfect for me but if you prefer to be on the doorstep of everything this may not suit.

Grate modern apartment

Amazing apartment in a calm safe neighborhood. Well furnished with everything you can possibly need during the stay. There is nice dog par and supermarket nearby. Good connection to the city center by public transport on a week days and Saturdays.

Can be a bit tricky to get home late on Sundays by public transport.

the Owner is a very kind and helpful person, he speaks English and he always responded to our messages, the flat was very clean and even more beautiful than on pictures, a lot of space, all utensils needed, coffee machine, coffee tee ect., the owner thought about every detail to make everything perfect, internet was working very fast, good location next to the airport and close to all public transport, few min by walk there is wonderful coffee and bakery MUST TRY !

Ottima posizione, stazione FS vicina, bar e Lidl vicini. Tv con account Netflix. Leonardo è stato molto disponibile.

Eravamo tre persone per 5 notti abbiamo trovato soltanto 4 capsule di caffè. In altre strutture abbiamo trovato molte più cose per fare colazione. La doccia era ottima ma non c'era nulla su cui poggiare bagnoschiuma e robe simili. Olio e sale presenti ma in quantità esigua. Un solo telecomando funzionante su due presenti (credo batterie scariche) per i condizionatori nelle due stanze.

Super séjour

Super appartement dans une résidence au calme et bien équipé. Notre hôte était très gentil et très réactif par message. Self Check-in avec les instructions par whatsapp 24h avant. Situé à 10 minutes à pied de la gare (attention 1/2 train par heure). Je conseil 100 fois cet appartement si vous recherchez un super rapport qualité/prix et un lieu au calme loin du bruit de Florence.

Ruhige Lage, perfekt eingerichtet - nur die Betten und Matratzen sind völlig unbrauchbar

Das Appartment ist sehr ruhig gelegen, toll ausgestattet mit Gasherd, großem Kühlschrank, alles mögliche an Kochutensilien, sogar Toaster, Mikrowelle und und und … da bleiben wirklich kaum Wünsche offen. Man fährt zwar mit den Öffentlichen knapp eine Stunde in die Stadt, aber ruhig, günstig und im Stadtzentrum widerspricht sich auch :)) Wenn man die Gebrauchsanweisung zum Check In gut durchliest, kommt man ohne Probleme in die Wohnung. Man sollte es nicht so wie wir machen und mit allem Gepäck bei Regen vor der Türe stehen und dann erst die Beschreibung lesen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hat uns auch nochmal extra Kaffee gebracht, als er nach 2 Tagen ausging.

Die Betten sind nicht nur sehr unbequem, sondern knarzen auch bei jeder Bewegung. Das ist wirklich schade, denn es drückt das Gesamtbild des Appartments deutlich nach unten. Vor allem, da man mit Jalousien, die komplett abdunkeln theoretisch einen sehr erholsamen Schlaf haben könnte.

Я проживала 3 дня в квартире. Очень милое тихое место. Не сложно разобраться с транспортом. В своей квартире продумано все максимально. Утренний кофе на балконе был прекрасный момент начала дня. На центральном вокзале есть большой торговый центр . Быстрый интернет. Это было особенно удобно для работы онлайн. С удовольствием вернусь еще и буду рекомендовать друзьям🌟

Appartamento nei pressi dell'Accademia della Crusca e non distante dalla stazione Firenze-Castello. L'appartamento è spazioso, molto pulito e fornito di tutto. Consigliato.

O alegere foarte bună pentru vizitarea Florenței

Apartament situat într-o zonă liniștită și foarte pitorească, cu posibilitate de parcare și pe Via di Castello. Curățenie exemplară, bucătărie dotată cu tot ce ar trebui să fie acolo. Transportul public cu autobuze și tramvaie (1.70 E) este foarte eficient mai ales în zilele de lucru (40 minute până în centru).

Nu se poate parca în interiorul curții vilei, dar zona este sigură, ăsta nu e un motiv de stres suplimentar.
