Detached house on 2 floors of 50 m2 fully equipped (fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, dishes). Bath and bed linen provided. 3 bedrooms, 4 beds, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets, kitchen open to living room. All on wooded land. barbecue. Secure parking at the foot of the house. Breakfast not included. Shops and restaurant nearby. Pets not allowed.

I would recommend this property to anyone that wants a piece of heaven. The property is clean and so cozy. Damien and his wife are fine people and care for their property with great care and help those staying there feel so welcomed and comfortable.

Only stayed one night - nice house in pleasant setting with very attentive and helpful host albeit communications are impaired if you don't speak good French - but we managed OK.

Wed never stayed anywhere like this before so didnt know what to expect.We were so impressed to say the least. The accommodation was beautiful, clean and just what we wanted. The owners were fantastic too despite the language barrier as they only spoke French with very little English. We spoke limited French but we all got on. We were treated like family by the owners and we couldnt fault them, Damien even gave us some of his home made wine as a gift and he gave us some of his home grown tomatoes etc. He even took the time to show us some of the area etc ie places to eat etc. The people around were so friendly too.I would thoroughly recommend staying here to anyone and wed gladly go again.

Ontzettend leuk typisch Frans huisje. Met zeer gastvrije eigenaars. Er zit een hele mooie tuin bij waar je gezellig kan zitten en een praatje kan maken met de eigenaars. Bij aankomst stond er een lekker aankomst drankje klaar.

De passage les 24 et 25 juin dans la région de Troyes à l'occasion des soldes d'été, nous avons déniché, grâce à Abritel, ce charmant logement propre et bien entretenu où nous avons passé deux nuits. L'équipement et l'ameublement correspondent au descriptif, et convient bien à une famille, même nombreuse compte tenu des possibilités de logement de cette maison indépendante. Nous soulignons également la gentillesse, la générosité et l'amabilité de Damien et Micheline, qui nous ont notamment offert de partager l'apéro chez eux le deuxième soir. Le cadre tout de verdure est très plaisant, et la ligne de chemin de fer jouxtant la propriété ne nous a pas dérangés, étant donné qu'il n'y a pas de train la nuit. Le seul point à améliorer est l'internet. Nous n'avons jamais pu nous connecter depuis la location, et avons dû nous approcher très près de la demeure des propriétaires pour être à portée suffisante du routeur. Un grand merci à Damien et à Micheline pour leur disponibilité et leur gentillesse. Jacqueline, Maurice et Pierre-Alain

Avons passé une journée et une nuit en famille (4 adultes et 2 enfants) L accueil est excellent. Damien et sa femme sauront de suite vous mettre à l'aise et sont très arrangeants. La maison possède un superbe et grand jardin. Le passage du peu de train n est vraiment pas dérangeant. La maison est propre, bien équipée et spacieuse. Un endroit vraiment agréable pour passer une ou plusieurs nuits.
