Es ist eine Doppelhaushälfte über 3 Etagen. Die Terrasse mit kleinem Garten ist großzügig geschnitten und eingezäunt. Es gibt einen Außengrill und sogar einen Strandkorb neben einer normalen Sitzgruppe. Ein Sonnenschirm ist auch vorhanden. Die 4 Schlafzimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt 4 Bäder; wobei 2 direkt am Schlafraum angrenzen; 1 ist im Erdgeschoss. Die Küche ist komfortabel und ausreichend bestückt und grenzt direkt an den Essbereich im Wohnzimmer. Die beiden Parkplätze bieten ausreichend Platz direkt vor dem Haus. Im Abstellraum befindet sich ein Staubsauger, Waschmaschine und Trockner, ein Wäscheständer, Besen und Handfeger.

Einzig nur, dass alle Fenster Insektenschutzgitter haben sollten, da extrem viele Spinnen und Mücken den Weg hinein gefunden haben.
