Okay for one night

The location is great

The room we’ve got was okay but there was lot of smell in the bathroom from the sewer. We told the personnel and they were not surprised, so seems like it happens all the time.

Location was good

Shower was WAY to dirty. A lot of mold round the edges, and overal didn't look clean. Pillows smelled like alcohol.

Big brand name hotel with confused staff

Location was very good. Breakfast was good and like regular English breakfast.

I booked the room the same day using Booking.com, on reaching the Hotel they told that they don't have the type of room I booked (connected twin rooms). I was given the option of an apartment with One bed and one sofa bed which I took (didn't had any option and was already tired). The sofa bed was not comfortable at all for sleeping. There was no place to get down from that bed once you lie down. It was not comfortable for sleeping two people (not even kids). The smaller room was allocated in the same price.. I didn't bothered asking as I had enough already The lady doing my re-booking kept my ID card for more than 10 minutes but she forgot to write my name in the new booking. Someone came back 10 minutes later to ask my name again :D...

There was only one pillow each and not great quality. I asked for another for each of us and didn’t get on until the following morning. No ironing facilities at the hotel.

The bed was uncomfortable. And when I checked it it was like they took it from street. I ordered queen bed and they offered 2 small bed combined in one bed . And the room has no open window

First time visit to Hasselt but the ParkInn Hotel gives us a reason to return.

A spacious room with a large comfortable bed. Coffee-making facilities important for us were provided; good size bath towels. City-centre location was ideal.

Parking below the hotel is convenient, but I feel that Radisson with TWO hotels on this site should negotiate a discounted rate for its clients with the car-park operator.

I request the room to decorate romantic but the flowers is not really and the decorated shoud be at the middle of the bed instead in one corner. But in generally it's was okay.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. I found the hotel to be very quiet and pleasant.

The room was wonderful. I found it to be very clean and pleasant. And the ambient light around the end was gorgeous.

The mattress could have been a little harder. But I understand that this is a personal preference so I don't blame anyone.
