Great hotel in a perfect location

Perfect location, parking under the hotel with dedicated elevator, helpful staff, great breakfast and comfy bed in a cozy bedroom.

The bathroom door could not be left open, it was closing on itself, just a minor issue

The best staff in a top location. Top restaurant!

Very dog-friendly, even allowed in the restaurant. Excellent restaurant. Superb location. Excellent soundproofing. Q-parking under hotel with elevator access to lobby. Electric car charging (with blue corner charging card). Above all: very kind, professional and helpful staff!!

The bed was very hard. The cleaning lady solved us by adding a second topper.

Nothing bad. I always arrive early from an overseas flight and usually do not need to wait long for my room which is wonderful since I can put up my feet and relax. When I do have to wait, the brasserie is right there and has comfy seats and a TV

Very pleasant. Restaurant has great food. Be warned starters are very generous size!

I didn't have the breakfast due to an early start. The room was very clean and felt luxurious. Bed very comfortable and no noise.

The restaurant and bar are one. I would have liked room service or a drink at the bar after 930 pm. I didn't like the carparking. It was a confusing location and it looked locked when I drove down. Very confusing indeed.

Below expectations, given the reputation and rank of Holiday Inn.

Location is perfect, accommodation is fair

Breakfast – While the breakfast quality was acceptable, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Despite the receptionist asking us to select a breakfast time the evening before, when we arrived, there was a severe lack of available products due to a large group of other tourists. For a hotel of this supposed rank, this level of disorganization is simply unacceptable. Guests should not be penalized because the hotel failed to manage capacity and ensure that all paying guests receive the full service promised. Parking – The hotel uses an external parking provider, which caused additional frustration. Because of the breakfast delays and mismanagement, we were forced to extend our parking time, which led to unexpected extra charges. This situation should never have occurred and reflects poorly on the hotel's coordination and customer care. Overall – We expected a higher standard of service. The lack of planning and poor communication not only disrupted our stay but also resulted in additional, avoidable costs. We believe the hotel should take responsibility for these shortcomings and offer appropriate compensation.

Lovely stay

Good air condition, pets allowed, bed for my dog, good breakfast, sauna and gym for using, mini fridge and kettle in the room and buildin big closet, loveseat in the room which could change on another bed, nice walls in the bathroom, friendly staff.

Older type of TV which didn't cast, weak WiFi, overly soft and tall mattress, weak water pressure in showerhead.

Hotel was nice and modern, People on service was gentle and patient. Breakfast was really good. Beds are cozy.

Although the hotel was listed as if it had parking, this was not the case, parking was next to the hotel but still it was not part of the hotel and expensive.

Clean and presentable, good location and parking underground. Nice area near the dock area and close to the town. Good location and staff were friendly.

Restaurant was fairly expensive, we didn't eat there because of this. And it was closed early on the Sunday after we arrived.

A nice Christmas visit to Mannheim

Another stay at this hotel. We are very satisfied with the service and reception management. We had a problem with noise from the radiators and they immediately upgraded us to a much more comfortable and quiet room. They are always available for any questions. Pleasant service in the bar and restaurant. We are planning a third visit in March.

Our stay here complimented our visit to Hasselt even though the weather was atrocious.

It’s convenient, right in the centre of town but on edge so easy to drive to. Parking is in secure hotel area underneath the hotel in a Q-Park garage. Good was lovely. We chose the game menu, desert was also delicious. Room warm & cosy, warm lighting , good shower and very clean overal. We will come again. Staf was engaging but at the same time professional . Thanks for having us.

We usually don't stay in larger hotels, so it lacked a bit of personality. We would have liked a few more family room options.

very good overall and we have booked for next year as we are back to Hasselt again

room and restaurant were both lovely, food was good, staff very friendly and helpful, Great idea having the bouncy castle for the kids to keep them occupied.

We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as it was very expensive at £20 each.
