Excellent location and good facilities.

Its location was excellent, near the TUFS ski lift. The apartment was what 4 lads wanted and had all that we needed. It had its own boot heater.

Lovely apartment with exceptional location

We had a great family experience in this place. This apartment has a great location. Perfect ski-in and out. Ski lifts are very close. There are a couple of ski rental stores (Precision ski and Skiset) literally right next door. 5 minutes walk from the main street, with a supermarket and a few restaurants. The apartment is fully equipped with everything we needed: from linen and towels to all needed kitchen stuff (oven, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, pots, utensils, silverware, glasses, bowls, etc.) and other helpful facilities - washing machine, ski gear heater etc. The apartment has 2 showers and 2 bathrooms. In the ski room at the ground floor there are lockers. The place has a wooden, cozy vibe to it. Last - Bernard, the owner, was very friendly and responsive, and provided us with all the info we needed.

The bedrooms a somewhat small and one of the bathrooms is tiny. Other than that - the place is perfect.

Great value for money, perfect location for ski in and out. Apartment was spotless when we arrived, and although small, 6 of us stayed with no issues !

Bedrooms and hall very cramped, would be a decent two bedroom apartment but three bedrooms have been squeezed in.

Overall, our stay at Tignes301 was good. The property is in a great location for ski-in/ski-out with several lifts and even magic carpet nearby. It's also ideally situated for kids in ESF Val Claret ski school and very close to meeting points for ski lessons. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a short stroll. The property is up-to-date with everything we needed, and kitchen was well stocked with plenty of glasses, bowls, plates, utensils etc. The host was fantastic...very responsive to the few things we brought to his attention and we were very impressed with how quickly his team fixed a broken shower handle, replaced a kettle that wasn't working, reset/fixed wifi, and replaced a couple of pillows. It was easy enough getting in to the apartment on the first day and getting keys etc. The parking garage is very sketchy with lights on a timer, going off when you are trying to find your way.

The property is very small, probably smaller than we expected based on pictures. We had 2 families (4 adults + 4 small kids) and when you add in luggage and ski stuff, I honestly can't imagine anyone else being in the property. Other than size, the two other downsides I would share is that bedding (pillows and duvets) need a thorough cleaning and possibly some replaced. There were very obvious stains left from previous use on most of the bedding, even our kids pointed out on our arrival when we were putting sheets, cases and covers on bedding. Also, there was a mildewy smell around the main bathroom/hallway. We bought extra air fresheners to hide the smell and ensured towels etc were fully dried on the warming rack, but it was pretty distinct and off-putting.

Le ménage : four et hotte sale très gras nous avons été obligés de les nettoyer Lits non fait à l’arrivée alors que c’était prévu nous avons été obligés de les faire !!!!! ainsi que pas de serviettes ni torchons qui nous été fourni après notre demande

Séjour très passable à la montagne en été.

Bel emplacement près des pistes mais nous étions en été.

WIFI en panne dès notre arrivée. Apparemment la nouvelle box présente sur la hotte sera installée fin août... L'appartement n'a pas été nettoyé correctement Il restait dans une des toilettes un rouleau de papier toilette vide. La bouteille de savon était vide dans la cuisine. Il restait dans la chambre 3 un drap rose non enlevé. Il y avait de la poussière sur les lits. La porte de la chambre 3 n’était plus sur ces roulettes. La lumière du couloir (interrupteur de gauche sur le double bouton) allume également la chambre 2. La veilleuse gauche de la chambre 2 est à peine fixée sur le mur. Les lits n’étaient pas faits contrairement à ce qui était indiqué dans l’annonce. L’isolation sonore des chambres est très faible. Le propriétaire m'a proposé une première fois de faire un geste commercial par SMS. Puis, il est apparu qu’il manquait une parure de serviettes de toilette. Il n’y en avait que 3 au lieu de 4. Le propriétaire contacté a cependant vite réagi sur le sujet en me donnant le code d’accès du linge afin que je puisse récupérer la parure manquante. Pas vu de jeux vidéo annoncés... Le pire : impossibilité d’ouvrir de garder les fenêtres ouvertes avec les fumeurs sur leur balcon. Le tabac chaud puis froid avec les mégots dans des bouteilles, INSUPPORTABLE! Où était l'air oxygéné de la montagne??? 2ème proposition de dédommagement. Une station en pleins travaux (bruit, poussière). A ce jour (9 jours), toujours rien reçu de la part de booking qui doit faire un geste à la demande du propriétaire. Mais booking n'a jamais été contacté contrairement aux dires du propriétaire.... En effet, j'ai appelé pour savoir où en était mon dossier. L'opérateur m'a dit que le dossier était vide... Bref, un séjour a oublié.
