Very enjoyable and would definitely recommend.

We loved the property, very comfortable and cosy.

There were no hooks for hanging towels in writer toilet or bathroom. This is easy to fix. Also the bedding quality of bedsheets was low and also old, could tell they’ve been used a lot as no longer smooth.

No enough comfortable seating in the lounge area. Only parking for 1 car . When clearly the accommodation houses the number of people that would require two cars

Lovely modern studio apartment. Nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. The sofa bed was relatively comfortable. A great view from the balcony across the lake. In ski season very close to the ski lifts. Perfect for 2 people. There were fold down bunk beds available as well in the lounge. It would be very tight for 4 adults. Close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again.

There was confusion as to whether there was a cleaning charge. Not clearly mentioned in the booking process however a notice on the wall that there was an €80 cleaning charge. Needs to be clearer whether there was or wasn't. Photos of the room on the website were not the photos of the room we stayed in. Would suggest you used the actual photos of the room. The studio apartment is a nice room.

A well laid out apartment with a great view but one bedroom only suitable for children

Good location and wonderful view from the balcony. Everything provided for self-catering.

It was not made clear what was required on departure. I would strongly suggest that the company leaves a folder in the accommodation which can be studied at leisure. It did not help that our receptionist did not speak English.

Even 3weeks notice they would not cancel even though ski slope is annouced its closer

Grest location for a comfortable stay in Tignes le Lac

Newly built to a high standard. Very quiet apartment (on one of the lower ground floors, so away from other apartments). Short walk to the slopes (300m). My partner particularly enjoyed the sauna and steam room.

No real view from the apartment. Didn’t realise I was booking an apartment on floor -2 when booking.

Great location, nice and modern with a good size boot room

Apartment was a good size and all very modern facilities.

No one on reception when we went to check in, pool was quite cold and sauna/steam not available until 4pm daily - would have been nice to use on a day where you’re not able to ski.

Overall a great place to stay

Great apartments in general, we stayed in 8 and 10 person apartments, enough bathrooms, even a bath... spacious living area and very helpful reception. We will definitely return.

in each apartment there is a very small bedroom which was quite uncomfortable for full sized Dutch people, the sofa bed was very uncomfortable and did not make for a good night sleep.

Very pleasant stay and a great week of skiing

The facilities are relatively new and modern, the apartment was clean. It is also not far fom the piste, the bakery and the supermarket. The price was very reasonable considering the location.

This will be nitpicking as the stay was very pleasant. But if they could adjust the door of the ski room and the room of apartment No. 2 (that we stayed in) so that there won't be loud banging noises everytime someone gets in or out if the ski room that will be brilliant. I think this should not be too difficult to be done.

Accomodation was really nice, location great for uplift in the morning, good location in Le Lac with short walk to shops and restaurants. Good selection of UK TV channels etc.

L’emplacement est idéal, tout est à proximité. La résidence est propre cependant un peu bruyant.

La literie du canapé lit n’est pas du tout confortable. Pour le prix c’est dommage.

Super freundliche Rezeptionistin! Gepflegt, sauber. Man kann das Sylvester-Feuerwerk mit Kindern aus dem Bett aus beobachten. 😀 Skiraum direkt ums Eck. Morgens kann man sehr gute Croissants 🥐 beim Bäcker eine Straße weiter bekommen.

Etwas eng, wenn die Couch zum Schafen genutzt wird. Skiraum könnte morgens trocken gewischt werden. Geht aber auch so. Hausschuhe mitnehmen is ne gute Idee.

Niet aan te raden.

Wanneer je zo'n duur appartement boekt, verwacht je optimale dienstverlening en uitstekende faciliteiten. Helaas konden we op geen van beide rekenen. We boekten ruim op voorhand twee parkeerplaatsen, maar toen we aankwamen, bleken alle parkings volzet te zijn. Aangezien we een hele dag in de file gestaan hadden, kwamen we niet binnen de (gebrekkige) openingstijden van de receptie toe. Op geen enkel nummer was er ook maar iemand van de receptie te bereiken. Onze beide auto's moesten dan maar buiten staan terwijl het hevig aan het sneeuwen was. Daarnaast hadden we op voorhand gevraagd of er babyspullen voorzien konden worden. Er werd ons een babybedje, babystoel en babybadje beloofd. Toen we aankwamen, stond er echter niks in de kamer. Uiteindelijk kwam er een bedje, maar zonder matras. De eerste dag hebben wij ons moeten behelpen en zelf wat lakens moeten dubbel plooien, zodat de baby toch een beetje comfortabel kon liggen. De volgende ochtend moesten we gaan smeken om toch ergens een matras op te vissen. Na uren kregen we die eindelijk. Toen hadden we nog steeds geen badje of stoel gezien. Pas op dag drie kregen we een badje. Ook het zwembad en de sparuimte vielen tegen. Eerst en vooral waren die amper open: het zwembad kon je pas om 14u in en de sauna en de hammam pas om 16u. Wij hadden speciaal een appartement met sparuimte geboekt, aangezien een aantal gezinsleden niet skiën. Bovendien was het zwembad veel te koud en moest je ook minstens twee uren wachten vooraleer de sauna of de hammam om temperatuur waren. Om 16u stonden die beiden slechts op 60 graden. Op dag drie van ons verblijf kregen we plots een bericht met de vraag of de waarborg betaald kon worden. Daar hadden wij op voorhand niks van gehoord, dus wij vielen compleet uit de lucht. Dat je een waarborg moet betalen is alleen maar normaal, maar dat moet op zijn minst op voorhand gecommuniceerd worden.
