Stay away! Very unprofessional provider!
As I complained in the day of the arrival- there was a serious problem with the check in, and the interhome seems to ignore it
I’ve wrote about this problem already a few times when we arrived. Now I’m writing again. When we arrived (group of 9 people), we followed the instructions exactly. We took the envelope from the safe box, which was supposed to have the key to open the apartment. There where NO CORRECT key. We couldn’t get in! And after some time, when we checked also all ither envelopes and asked neighbors we realized the failure of interhome. We called the hotline phone numbers repeatedly for a few hours - without any answer. I’ve tried also to contact the Booking customer service as well, and they replied that the provider is not answering to them either. All our group were locked out and stuck in the corridor, after a long arrival! And only after the midnight someone finally answered. They came there and found the failure and it turned out that the correct key was in another village - the apartment is in Le Lac, and the correct key was in Val Claret! This situation which made a real aggravation for our entire group, and it seems to be ignored completely by the interhome. There were also some problems with the property its self, for example they clearly didn’t clean there for months - there were many spider webs in the rooms… But in compare to the serious incompetence such as not verifying the key you provide to the client and not answering for hours on the 24/7 hotline - every other problem seems small now. I’m highly UNRECOMMEND this provider! And I’m telling everyone this story - STAY AWAY!
