Die hervorragende Lage sowie das seperate Schlafzimmer und der Balkon und die Lage im Erdgeschoss.
Das Apartment war extrem schmutzig, ich habe noch nie solch eine dreckige Unterkunft vermietet bekommen. Auf mehreren Kissen waren Haare und Blutflecken, es waren Schimmelflecken an einer Bettdecke, die Badewanne war sehr abgenutzt, die Matratzen durchgelegen und die Wohnung verfügt nicht mal über einen Kleiderschrank.
