Our room was large and well-equipped. Access to breakfast and free coffee/tea top-ups was very welcome and a generous bonus. The location was perfect for us. We parked the car and didn't need it again for our entire stay as everything in the town is walkable from The Waterings.
The walls are very thin and we were able to clearly. hear conversation and the TV of the room next door. This did quieten at midnight and our 'neighbours' fell asleep. Unfortunately, as a light sleeper myself, I was then kept awake for our first night there by very loud snoring from next door! (Thankfully, the second night was far more peaceful.)

Host Will was great - clear & efficient communication made the visit straightforward, and very welcoming. Breakfast room worked well and allowed flexibility. Good space, clean and comfortable. Excellent location within 5 minutes walk of the high street.
Nothing really. A kettle or coffee machine in the breakfast room might have been useful.

Absolutely stunning location relaxing tranquil and quiet the rooms were massive more like a mini apartment
Nothing much negative here would of preferred someone on site more incase of emergency s but the communication was great

It looked good for other guests, but I don’t eat breakfast.Clad to be in the end room.
There was no armchair in the room.
