Farmhouse in Perugia with Swimming Pool

Ein wunderbares Frühstück nur für uns alleine nach unseren Wünschen vorbereitet. Uhrzeiten des Frühstücks konnten wir bestimmen, Kaffeespezialitäten ohne Begrenzung immer frisch gemacht und alles für nur 7 Euro. Eine wunderbare Gastgeberin Antonella, die uns Reisetipps gab und auch bei Schlüsselproblemen spät in der Nacht geholfen hat, obwohl sie schon lange Feierabend hatte. Ein sehr netter Besitzer, der auch nachts bei den Schlüsselproblemen extra vor Ort kam, um zu helfen. Grossartige Lage der Unterkunft in der Natur, Sichtung von Rehen, Hasen, Widerhopfen und Füchsen am Morgen am Waldrand, himmlische Ruhe, sehr gepflegte Anlage, Supermarkt und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe

Alles war super

De ligging met prachtige uitzichten, mooie tuin, de gastvrouw die alles voor je regelde. De bedden waren comfortabel

De prijs van het diner beetje te hoog. Hoewel het erg goed was qua kwaliteit. En de inrichting binnen van de keuken met zitbank was beetje ongezellig. En jammer dat er geen zout, peper en olie was.

- inafara sezonului nu functioneaza restaurantul, desi erau rezervate toate camerele - perne slabe, prea moi - se plateste caldura si este f frig in casa - la ce spatiu e, ar fi fain un loc de joaca pt copii -bucataria este slab dotata, mai putin decat strictul necesar( nu exista un tocator) iar consumabilele erau numarate( pastila pt spalat vasele, 1 sac de gunoi, etc) -putine restaurante - pensiunea este gestionata de o agentie imobiliara, care voiau sa ma suprataxeze cu 300 de euro desi acele ,, taxe” erau deja incluse in pret. -check in foarte devreme 8-9 dimineata - nu se vorbeste engleza la pensiune, dar te poti intelege

Beautifull nature

Booking.com must to take off the name from the property "With swimming pool" or they must tell the true that the swimming pool wihout water!!! The host was very arogant. Our plane was late and we arrived late. The host wrote us if we don't arrive in 20 min she will cancel our rezervation and we could stay sleep in the street with our child. We were paid for our stay but for the host it wasn't important. We were so scared, because it was late we were tired and hungry we were hurring to our place but the host was very very unpleasant. So they need to do self check in as in other developed countries. Important: the air conditioner is paid 10 eur per day!!!! The last thing when we checked out they requered to pay 48 eur for the gas as we were making meal. So never ever to this place!
