Die Wohnung ist einem ehemaligen spanischen Palazzo aus dem 17. Jahrhundert und in jedem Zimmer ist die wunderschöne bemalte Holzdecke aus dieser Zeit sichtbar.
Die Lage ist optimal man ist direkt nahe des Zentrums und doch ist es relativ ruhig - gerade im quirligen Napoli ein großer Vorteil. Man kann die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten fussläufig erreichen. 5 Minuten entfernt ist die Montesanto Funiculare Talstation hier kann man die Standseilbahn nach Vomero/ Morghen nehmen und sich dort entspannen oder von der Villa Floridiana oder St Elmo wundervolle Aussichten ( Stadt, Küste/ Golf, Vesuv genießen)
In der Nähe der Wohnung gibt es auch viele gute aber auch sehr preiswerte Restaurants, Streetfood, Cafés etc.
Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist Enrico der Host der sich bestens und permanent um einen kümmert.
Obwohl man bei der Ausstattung alles hat was man braucht könnten einige Dinge ein Upgrade vertragen und es wird viel in der Wohnung gelagert was man eigentlich nicht braucht. Aber das hat uns auch nicht besonders gestört es passt irgendwie zum speziellen Charme der Stadt.

Enrico , nous a très bien reçu et s'est rendu totalement disponible pour nous. L 'appartement est très spacieux et très propre Il est également très bien situé : proche station de métro , funiculaire et centre-ville. Merci encore à Enrico

Enrique was a fabulous host! He was welcoming and super helpful. He answered all questions and guided us to various recommendations. The apartment was one unit in a building. It had a kitchen, small balcony and 2 rooms (one with 2 beds and the other with 1). There was a dining table and couch in the main area. A very cozy stay and perfect for a few nights in Naples! The best thing was that the metro and train stations were very close-by.
