The apartment was close to the centre so was very easy getting about
The room was spacious and clean
If you have a suitcase it is a struggle getting up and down the stairs as they are very narrow

Always a trade off - Good central location but that comes with a bit of noise that you have to put up with in Naples.

Very small bathroom with tiny shower cubicle
We expected to arrive at the property around 8 o'clock but our flight was delayed by nearly 2 hours. We did keep the host informed and rushed through arrivals and straight in to a taxi to try and make it there before 21:00 but did not arrive at the property until 21:15 - We were charged an extra €15 for this (I know the website does state there is a charge for arriving after 9pm but it was a bit annoying as it wasn't planned and we'd also spent extra for a taxi instead of the bus in order to make up time).

Location was perfect for access to hospital (medical emergency while travelling). Fabrizia an absolute angel in helping me collect keys and access apartment.
Small and basic, shower challenging for “plus size” guests, needs more glasses/crockery but overall served its purpose well.

The location was perfect.
We had to wait 45 minutes to check in as the host was really late.
The apartment was on the fifth floor with no lift - which is not mentioned during the booking process.
The bathroom is absolutely tiny and smells funny.
The beds are quite uncomfortable and the mattress keeps sliding around on the frame.
