Cosy flat with all you need and particularly quiet despite the location (2 min walk from historical centre and in a very busy area!). 5-7 min walk to metro, 7 min from a small very handy supermarket, 15 min walk to harbor. The kitchen is tiny but has essentials. Wifi very reliable. Check in process clearly explained, and Maria was always available, flexible and very responsive, a real pleasure!
As mentioned in other comments, the flat has very little natural light, just be prepared. Neighbours can be loud on week-ends during the day. Kitchen utencils and equipment is very sparse (no small spoons!), fridge space very limited... don't plan a lot of cooking!

L'appartamento è centralissimo e ideale per i miei spostamenti. I mezzi pubblici (Metro, funicolare e Cumana) sono a due minuti. L'alloggio è confortevole e molto pulito. La titolare si è distinta per cortesia e disponibilità e ha messo a disposizione anche caffè, stuzzichini dolci e salati, acqua e succo.
