A cas è mammà

Accoglienza magnifica da parte di Lucia che ci ha fatto trovare l'appartamentino pulito e fresco dopo ore di viaggio e traffico e ci ha anche aiutati col trovare un parcheggio a pagamento nelle vicinanze e consigliato luoghi da visitare. Appena entrati,troviamo difronte una stanzetta stretta con letto a castello. A destra c'è la camera matrimoniale con un piccolo cucinino dotato di accessori e il bagno. La posizione dell'appartamento è centrale e a pochi passi dalla metro con la quale ci si può spostare se non si vuole andare a piedi. Altrimenti si può raggiungere tranquillamente nel giro di 5 minuti ad esempio piazza Dante o nel giro di circa 10 minuti la filovia per visitare la zona del Vomero dove,dal castello dell'Olmo, poter godere di una vista pazzesca su tutta la città. Se aveste bisogno di acquistare generi alimentari e non,in questa posizione potete tranquillamente fare acquisti. Vi consigliamo il fruttivendolo sotto casa,un piccolo forno e una macelleria con zona lavoro retrostante a vista a pochi passi uscendo di casa a destra sempre restando sullo stesso marciapiede. Hanno un rapporto qualità prezzo davvero eccellente! E poi la cortesia è di casa!

Bisognerebbe prestare attenzione a delle piccole accortezze...manca la zanzariera alla finestra, una ventolina aspirante nel bagno dove abbiamo notato che c'è già la predisposizione ma non è stata installata, carta igienica e sapone non erano sufficienti, la tavoletta del water si muoveva e il letto cigolante al quale mi sento di consigliare di mettere dei feltrini in punti strategici perché appena ti giri la struttura del letto in ferro battuto batte contro quella del materasso 😅 Ripeto,piccole accortezze sistemabili 😉

The location is a dream! Close to everything we needed, amazing people in the neighborhood!

Terrible value for the price. The home wasn't very clean, and the ceilings were cracked. In the bathroom, there is "hot water," but it cycles between hot and really cold; you get about a minute of hot water, then 3 of cold. The water pressure for the hand-held shower head is EXCESSIVE, and the overhead one is weak with most of the holes not working because the head clearly hasn't been cleaned ever. The host wasn't very responsive and not very friendly or cooperative. At first, she was very flexible with the check-in time (as it was self check in anyway), but then she put us in the wrong room. She made us move the next day and then wasn't available when we had concerns about a missing bed. We picked the triple room with a king and a single bed and when we arrived there was just one bed. When we were asking her about the additional bed, she told us we had to wait until she could come give us the extra bed we had paid for... she said she assumed since the reservation was for 2 that we were a couple and only needed the king. (Highly inappropriate, as the host, it is not your job to interpret the reservation. Give the guests what they paid for.) She eventually said she couldn't come and gave us instructions on how to open the BROKEN CHILD'S BED, not a single for an adult. Mind you, this is hours later after I had already expressed a concern about the growing mold on the bathroom wall (pictures attached). If you look at the picture in the listing, she did include this gray splotch, and when we arrived, it was much larger than advertised. I expressed to her my mold allergy and that there was a pregnant woman staying there, but she just brushed it off and didn't even come look at it. It is indeed mold because I did get sick and had difficulty breathing in the room. Very disgusting! Fortunately, the pregnant woman is fine, or this would be a lawsuit rather than a long review.
