La posizione era ottima, a pochi passi dalla fermata della metro e poco distante dal centro; inoltre, nelle vicinanze ci sono diversi bar/caffetterie e supermercati. La ragazza che ci ha accolto, è sempre stata molto gentile e disponibile.
Purtroppo, ci sarebbero alcune cose da migliorare. Per esempio, una presa era un po' staccata dal muro ma, fortunatamente, in casa ce n'erano diverse e l'abbiamo lasciata perdere. Inoltre, in bagno a terra accanto al WC, si era creata una pozza d'acqua, ma non sappiamo se fosse per lo sciacquone.

Location is great, easy access to subway, old town. Fruit store, bakery and coffee stores on a few meters of the spartment.
The appartment is very clean, with new furniture inside.
Lucia is great host.
If someone needs calm and peacefull place this appartment is not the right choice.

The location is a dream! Close to everything we needed, amazing people in the neighborhood!
Terrible value for the price. The home wasn't very clean, and the ceilings were cracked. In the bathroom, there is "hot water," but it cycles between hot and really cold; you get about a minute of hot water, then 3 of cold. The water pressure for the hand-held shower head is EXCESSIVE, and the overhead one is weak with most of the holes not working because the head clearly hasn't been cleaned ever. The host wasn't very responsive and not very friendly or cooperative. At first, she was very flexible with the check-in time (as it was self check in anyway), but then she put us in the wrong room. She made us move the next day and then wasn't available when we had concerns about a missing bed. We picked the triple room with a king and a single bed and when we arrived there was just one bed. When we were asking her about the additional bed, she told us we had to wait until she could come give us the extra bed we had paid for... she said she assumed since the reservation was for 2 that we were a couple and only needed the king. (Highly inappropriate, as the host, it is not your job to interpret the reservation. Give the guests what they paid for.) She eventually said she couldn't come and gave us instructions on how to open the BROKEN CHILD'S BED, not a single for an adult. Mind you, this is hours later after I had already expressed a concern about the growing mold on the bathroom wall (pictures attached). If you look at the picture in the listing, she did include this gray splotch, and when we arrived, it was much larger than advertised. I expressed to her my mold allergy and that there was a pregnant woman staying there, but she just brushed it off and didn't even come look at it. It is indeed mold because I did get sick and had difficulty breathing in the room. Very disgusting! Fortunately, the pregnant woman is fine, or this would be a lawsuit rather than a long review.
