I enjoyed the large balcony and the great view. No issues with the property or amenities. The late check-in process felt a little cumbersome, but again, no issues.
Small suggestion/request, leave a travel size bottle of dish soap (or leave a full size bottle) in the kitchen. We wanted to wash the coffee cups for ourselves without running the dishwasher but found there was no dish soap.

Pros to this property: Only had 5 floors (not a high rise), great location to beach and pool, beautiful views from Living room and Master. Loved the main living area and Master bedroom, tile throughout was nice. Washer and Dryer in unit. Loved the outdoor patio balcony.
Cons to this property: owned by property management company instead of individually owned so not many personal touches. Had to go buy our own beach chairs, umbrella and other beach items. Both bathroom showers were dirty and one shower door would not close properly. No safety chain or bar on front to door to lock from inside. Patio table was so rusted could not even sit at for fear of cutting our arms. Guttering outside Master vibrated from the wind so much that is sounded like a lawn mower running right outside our door. Asked for it to be looked at after not being able to sleep the first night, but never was so on the third night of no sleep, my husband had to climb up on a chair in the middle of the night to clamp it down so we could get some sleep.
We would stay here again if these things were fixed, because the beach was so close and easy to get to and the views were amazing from this unit.
