Amenities also include tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, volleyball, fitness center. Close to St. Andrews State Park, shopping, golfing, restaurants and attractions
This condo comes complete with a gulf front master bedroom with a KING size bed, attached private bathroom with a shower. A 2nd bedroom has one FULL size bed and a bonus twin bed and trundle bed underneath it. The 2nd bathroom has a shower/tub combo.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a great meal in your home away from home!
The gulf front living room has a large flatscreen TV, plenty of seating and a sleeper sofa.
The private balcony offers breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and seating so you can watch the beautiful sunsets!
Pets under 35 lbs will be considered for a fee of $150.
*The remaining final payment balance is due in our office 30 days prior to your arrival date. Or within 7 days if the check in date is between 14-30 days from booking date.
When paying there is a 3% convenience fee when using a credit card. We also have a no cost option of sending a check.*

I booked a different condo months in Advance and had to change to a different one for building repair. The agent was excellent in trying to get me what I booked for. Not her fault we had to change but would have whether been where I could see the ocean better.

The room was nice but not clean. There was construction noise from A building. There was no hot tub and the tiki hut was only open a few hours in 7 days. The beach was beautiful!

From arrival to departure:Check-in and arrival- easy, no issuesUnit- kitchen and living area all very nice with everything needed to enjoy our stay.Bedroom # 2 was very nice. 2 fans available in the closetMain bedroom- the mattress is awful, uncomfortable, sunken in, with extra soft king sized pillows;(. 2 fans provided in the closet that came in handy as the room stays very warm. Picture provided of mattress.Beautiful view of the ocean and pool.
